Sand Creek Tree Service has been trimming the trees around my old Sandpoint home for five years and also has removed trees that could not be saved. Jen and Tyler are infallibly responsive, cheerful, hard-working and reliable, managing to simultaneously provide excellent service and be fun to have around.They are excellent communicators. I have referred them to friends who report the same.Like every skilled business around town these days, SCTS is overwhelmed by requests from customers old and new these days, but when they give me the date they will show up, I know they will show up. Sure, I sometimes wish it could be sooner, but Ill take their reliability over over-scheduling chaos and ghosting any day.

This company is just a great find. They took down four very large, tall, dead trees on my property. They chipped all the branches, cut the very large logs into manageable chunks for firewood and left the property cleaned. Thank you so much Tyler and Jen. I can count on one hand the number of times Ive left online reviews but this is a worthy occasion. I cant say enough positive things about the team at Sand Creek Tree Service. I had a massive Douglas fir tree tangled up in power lines behind my home that needed to come down. Jen and her team were professional, highly responsive, so kind and so reasonably priced. They went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and cleanly, somehow even in the midst of a chaotic fire season. I was so impressed from start to finish with my experience with them. They are; reliability and integrity. Tyler, and Sandcreek Tree Service, has both. Tyler was easily contacted by phone, understood my concerns in regard to my situation, promptly made an appointment with me, and arrived when he said he would. It seems so simple, but this is not the case when dealing with many businesses these days. Also, after spending much time studying the trees on the property, he did something I did not expect: He told me that I probably didnt have to have any work done to my trees and that I can rest confidently in the fact that they are structurally sound. He didnt blame me for wasting his time even though he had to drive out for the estimate nor did he insinuate that I should have been more knowledgeable about my own trees. He did what was best for me and the trees rather than trying to make a quick profit. That is the type of integrity that builds trust and long-lasting customers. I had them come in and remove my big Maple tree from my yard. Was impressed with there work and they were really very nice people and you could tell they took pride in there work and it showed. They made sure that my irrigation system was protected and I would recommend them to anyone. They diffidently are hard workers.

If you’re looking to find a tree service, give these guys a call. Tyler returned calls, showed up on time, gave a fair quote, and dropped a tricky tree for me (right between my house and my neighbor’s) quickly and safely. To make it better... before they left, they broke out the rakes and leaf blowers and cleaned up both houses like they hadn’t even been there. Great crew!!!

The personnel at Sand Creek Tree Service were absolute professionals. Over the course of one week they removed well over 30 trees off our property, including several trees precariously leaning over our home. The work was accomplished on time and came in under budget. They left the worksite clean each evening. We were completely satisfied.

In spring of 2013 Sand Creek Tree Service took down a great big cotton wood tree on our Lake Pend Orielle shoreline. In February 2014, I asked them to come back and take down another one. They did an excellent job both times. Left the shoreline very clean. If it wasnt for a bit of sawdust, we wouldnt have been able to tell they were there. He had to get creative about how to remove the trees since our shoreline access is very limited. I appreciate the work and excellent communication to let me know when they were planning on working and when the time wasnt good for me he was happy to reschedule, even though he needed to reschedule the barge to haul the tree away.Thank you!

Tyler and crew did a fantastic job taking down a very tall twisted group of trees! He even went as far as trying to readjust our antenna on our telephone pole!

They did an incredible job removing 2 VERY large pines right next to our home. They showed up as scheduled and worked very efficiently to bring the trees down in 2 days. They were even thoughtful about where they placed the chipper so as not to disrupt the babys nap time as best they could. We will be sleeping safer this fall/winter season thanks to Tyler, Jen and crew!
