Had trouble with a computer not booting. 7B PC spent several days diagnosing and then trying to recover data. No luck, but great communication and I felt like they put a lot of effort into the issue, and then they did not even charge me. They gave me great advice that helped me move forward! I had Brandon look at my computer because it was slow. He gave it a tune up and made some suggestions for how I can make it better. I purchased some extra RAM and new hard drive and Brandon installed them. My computer is now quiet and fast and just like brand new. I couldnt be happier.

They were recovered and they also offered to send my computer out if they couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t charge if they couldn’t fix it. Easy to contact and definitely went above and beyond! Great service and very knowledgeable!! Purchased a new SSD from Micron - after running the Micron compatibility software. Even though it was a perfect match, Micron tech support could not get it installed. Brandon diagnosed it and had me up and running in about 30 minutes. Ill have him build my next PC for sure.

Went to have him look at my computer for what turned out to by a minor Issue which he showed me how to fix myself. This guy wont rip you off hes a ligit pc repair man.

Dropped computer off and he got back within a day with diagnosis. Was up front about that not worth it to fix it and found that very refreshing. He was willing to pull parts out for me to resale or suggest what I could do to make a little $ back. Will return here for my computer issues.

He was able to get the data from my old laptop, whose screen wasnt displaying anything anymore, transferred over to my new laptop.
