If you have to go to a Verizon shop in Marin go to the one in Terra Linda. Ive only had good experiences there. Most recently Gage helped my 75 year old mother trade in her iPhone 7 for an iPhone 12. As you might imagine there were a lot of changes for her to figure out. He patiently went over everything with her even though he did not have to. He was so kind and patient. It was a very very positive experience.

This was my best experience ever at Verizon. Ali was awesome. She was kind, patient and very respectful. As a former Apple Computer employee, I was so impressed with her knowledge, guidance and kindness. We went in to the store just to explore the offerings. My son was with another carrier but changed over to Verizon today. We purchased an extra device, an Apple Watch, and I’m thinking about another. She was very much in control of the flow of customers and respectful of all of the different types of people who came in while we were there. I told her she was amazing in juggling it all so calmly and in control. She is definitely an asset for Verizon. The Covid precautions were also very much appreciated. Thank you.

Daniel at the Northgate San Rafael is insanely knowledgeable about every offer. His technical expertise is excellent. My changeover of 4 phones from another carrier went off without a hitch. Business accounts are his specialty. Seek him out and he’ll make your life easier when it comes to Verizon.

Gage and Aly were so helpful I had to give 5 stars! Switched services from a previous carrier, the process took a couple days but Gage walked us through everything and made the process painless. Aly was so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and I couldn’t thank them both enough and I love my service and new iphone! Thank you!!

I had my order cancelled three times, I was told the wrong pickup time twice, I can’t get my phone that I’ve paid for and it’s been 3 weeks. These people don’t know what they’re doing and the manager can’t run her staff.

I was looking to become a new Verizon customer, I got into the store at 6:15, 45 minutes before closing, the only other customer in the store was leaving as I arrived but the employee behind the counter kept referring to theyre still being another customer he has to help before closing and told me I would have to come back another time if I wanted to activate the phone I brought in. Not sure where this phantom customer was or if one so much as existed but seemed like I easily could have been taken care of in the remaining 45 minutes, Im hardly one to leave bad reviews but after this experience Im just going to go elsewhere, staff didnt seem anywhere near motivated to take on a new customer so just going to have to go somewhere where they are( Also, please do not send me the meaningless identical generic message that you sent to every other person I see that has left a one-star review, thanks)

They sold me a promo where the monthly payments on my new galaxy would be offset by credits after the third month. After 4 months, 5 months and 6 months there was no credit. I visited or called probably a dozen times, and was always told by Aly or Danny that it was waiting on approval by some manager or team, who was always too busy to look at it. Finally after I posted a review like this one, I was contacted by their corporate customer service, who made it right. I don’t think anyone at this Victra store helped one bit, but I’m upgrading my review to 2 stars because the company eventually made it right.

Ran in 15 minutes to closing wanting to trade in my iPhone. Roberto was patient and awesome with informing me of every option I had,l. He made it easy to make a decision. He offered to stay past closing to help set up my phone(thank god for his sake I’m not a boomer) and transfer everything. He handled everything in a swift and fast manner and I was surprised I was out of the dreaded phone store after 15 minutes, With 3 minutes to spare till closing. Who ever you are, Roberto, thank you for making it simple.

My phone died at 5 oclock, I went on line and got a new one for pickup. I called at 610 to confirm and she told me theyd already closed earlier than the website said. With just a little cajoling she agreed if I could be there in 15 minutes and see me. I was and she did. She made my day.

Today I stopped by this location with 100% intention of picking up an iPhone 11 Pro 512gb which I’ve been wanting but walked out after 20-30mins of not being acknowledged. My dad and I went in, looked at devices and accessories the whole time we were inside the shop without a single “hello” or “be with you shortly.” The two clerks helped a single customer the whole time without acknowledging us or asking if we needed any help. I tried being patient but after exploring every option possible for phones and accessories by ourselves we chose to leave. I hope that the single gentlemen who was being helped got great service because I was unimpressed by the customer service being presented. After reading other reviews I just wish I had met Roberto and had a great experience too other than being ignored by whoever was working today. Sorry Roberto.

After 3 weeks of struggling to get my husbands iphone replaced and hours of trying to get the new one started, I called this Verizon store because all the others that I tried put me on hold. Randy answered immediately and told me to bring the phone in; he thought he could help. In 5 minutes he had it working!!! And he was modest- I was overjoyed and he immediately named others as being better! Amazing! Full points!

Super lame. Staff isnt helpful and refers you to the Verizon customer care phone numberNo point in going to store unless you need a case for phone or accessories. Manager didnt help new hire which caused a delay.

I have been a verizon client for over 15 years. I recently had a problem with my hotspot, not connecting to my computer. The individual at the verizon store was Stephanie Chiquet. She was so so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and her willingness to help me solve the problem was so refreshing and empressive. She takes pride in what she does, I wish all verizon employees were like her. I would highly recommend verizon to promote her to store manager or Regional manager. Terrible place. I walked in/the one employee/manager was talking with a guest. He asked if I had an appointment? I responded, no. He told me to come back in 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours. He was very rude and short with me. He told me he couldnt help me as a Verizon customer with a merchandise return because its just a retail store, not Verizon. What????? He saw my Verizon bag the first time in. Why didnt he let me know then?
