Convenient location near highway 101, convenient parking underground at the building, the office was easily accessible. The office was clean and tidy, the waiting room was comfortable. The administrative details were a bit complicated, but very thorough. The audiologist I saw was very knowledgeable, I just wanted my hearing aids cleaned. I knew I needed new hearing aids, but he did not push, and suggested that I have my hearing tested at Kaiser, where its covered by my Kaiser insurance, rather than at his office. He offered to give me a quote after Kaiser suggested their own hearing aid recommendation. I was not rushed, and felt that he understood my condition quite well.

Really terrific staff, Michelle is outstanding in her professionalism and patience in making sure I am able to have the best experience from my hearing aid technology.

The doctor at SF Audiology was professional, thorough, kind, and interested in my (and my daughter’s) questions. He was compassionate and helpful. My exam was top notch. I felt confident the results would help my ENT make a diagnosis.

My annual exam with Chris was exceptional! He did a hearing test and recommended he make some needed adjustments. He explained in detail why the adjustments were necessary which I appreciated. Chris immediately made the adjustments and my follow up meeting was completed. Chris was courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain why the actions he took were necessary.
