I was having some issues with one of my hearing aids turning on and off by itself, so I went to see the staff at Hearing Life In Northgate. Jen was able to get me into the office very quickly and once there Lauren addressed my issues and explained what she would do to solve the problem. I appreciate their willingness to help me out and they assured me that if the problem returned, they’d continue to seek out the solution. Nice people to work with.

Staff did an excellent job repairing my aid in a very timely fashion. But staff was masked and didnt proffer any accommodation such as see-through masks or real-time transcription for their hearing impaired clientele to read.
