One Stop Maintenance provides janitorial & cleaning services for 3 of my commercial buildings in San Rafael and 1 office building in San Francisco. Their prices are low and service is great, I never have issues with the company or the employes. John is very responsive and always answers his phone. When I need and extra pressure wash on the sidewalk, John or his employees are there within the hour. I have dealt with many cleaning services in my area, but One Stop and John are top notch!

John (the Owner) was absolutely fantastic - he responded immediately to my inquiry, was flexible in setting a time that worked for me, charged a reasonable rate, and did a fabulous job cleaning our very dirty awning!!
