I had an emergency at home and they came quickly to help me, the employees were very friendly, very attentive, my emergency attended Cristhian Rodriguez showed that he knows his job. He he she did all the work clean and very professional. Recommended 100%, whenever I need them I will call them.

After the Kincade fire our home was almost burnt to the ground for a second time. But what we did come home to was some pretty severe smoke damage and Dry Kings Restoration was there to meet us at the door when we got there. They were professional, fast, and the work was top notch. When we returned home after everything was clean, sterilized, and/or replaced by them our place smelt and looked as good as it ever had. And to top it all off when we had issues with our Insurance company not only was Dry Kings Restoration patient and understanding but they were also there to help us with the process as much as they could along the way and didnt hold us as home owners responsible for out of pocket money that the insurance company owed to them. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them and they are the first and only people I would call in situations that come up with our home.

Sergio, Elvis and Jacob were so helpful given the terrible situation with our kitchen flooding in the middle of the night. They were able to arrive within hour or so of us calling them and had everything ready to go to stop further damage and start the drying process. When our house flooded from a broken dishwasher, Dry Kings was on-site within a day. They got to work quickly, taking readings and photos (important for insurance claims) and setting up drying equipment. They were very patient as they described the process, including what we should expect in terms of the work they would perform, and timelines. After remediation was complete, they gave me sound advice on hiring a restoration company, and getting reimbursed properly from my insurance company. They were extremely prompt and professional throughout the entire experience. Overall, I couldnt have asked for more.

After a water intrusion into my bathroom from upstairs, Sergio from Dry Kings came very promptly to test for water damage, and brought machines to scrub and dry the air. He found evidence of mold, which meant the mitigation process would be more involved, and I had travel taking me out of town. Thankfully I was able to leave a key, and Matthew from Dry Kings coordinated the whole process - removing the damaged drywall and insulation, testing to prove the mold was gone, and (via a subcontractor) completing the repair by replacing new drywall and repainting. My bathroom looked good as new by the time I returned from my trip!I hope I will not need Dry Kings services again :) but I would not hesitate to use them again if I did.

DKR was kind enough to come out and give a preliminary estimate of the water damage caused by our tenant who inexplicably dismantled the kitchen garbage disposal and plumbing for a slow-leak. Thankfully, the amount of water was negligible and thankfully, we didnt require anything more than some simple instructions about thoroughly drying it out. If we ever have a severe leak that requires DKRs services, we will be calling them first! Thank you again, Matthew.
