We managed to flood the crawl space in our home in Novato. Dan from West Coast Fire and Water came out immediately and really took care of us. Didnt try to up-sell us - just did the job, provided great advice and was gone. If more tradesmen - plumbers, electricians, etc. were like this company, the world would be a better place!

We had a broken waste pipe under a rental unit in Santa Rosa. Our plumber required remediation prior to repair and recommended West Coast Fire & Water. We had an estimator on site within 2 hours of our initial call and a crew doing the cleanup just 2 hours later. This allowed our plumber to return and complete the work the same day. Not only did this save our tenant much inconvenience, it also saved us the expense of putting them in a motel until the repairs were made. When the invoice arrived, it was less than I had expected which was just added more value to West Coasts excellent service. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful.

I can not recommend this company higher! Josh was so responsive and trust worthy. We were having a new roof installed and black spots were uncovered under some of the plywood. I called and spoke with Josh whom immediately got back with me and scheduled an emergency appointment for the next day. They inspected the area and determined it wasnt a mold issue. They didnt even charge me for the site visit. A less reputable company would have ripped out the material and changed thousands of dollars for unnecessary work. This is the only company I would use for mold, water or fire damage!

West Coast Fire & Water did an amazing job helping cleanup a water flood caused by our laundry room sink. They arrived at our house in under 3 hours, had fans, dehumidifiers and carpet pads pulled out in less than 60 minutes. Thanks to their fast work the only back end replacement we had to do was replace the carpet bad but everything else was saved!Absolute 10 out of 10 service and would recommend to everyone!

Cant say enough about the crew at West Coast Fire & Water that showed up at 11:30pm on a Friday night to board up our patio door that had been broken into earlier that night. Josh and Marshawn got right to work and, cognizant that we had neighbors close by, were as quiet as possible given the nature of the work (i.e. they still had to cut the wood to fit). They cleaned up the glass outside and quite a bit of it inside as well and were incredibly fast and kind. Would highly recommend them.

A tree branch come thru our roof during the recent snow storm. We called West Coast Fire and Water and within an hour Martin showed up to assess the situation and damage. He had his crew onsite to remove the branch and tarp the roof, stopping the snow and water from entering the house within the hour. Every employee I dealt with — the initial inspector, the account manager who wrote the estimate, the logistics/scheduling manager, the army of workers who cleaned and removed the soot and smoke after the Glass Fire — was professional, friendly, capable. This company provided what that other one doesnt, excellent response and customer service. A catastrophic water leak in an unoccupied home lead to water flowing from the 2nd floor all the way into the basement, damaging flooring, walls, and insulation,.and requiring the kitchen to be completely gutted. The on-call team arrived at 5:30 pm on a Sunday and stayed several hours to begin the mitigation process that would require more than a week of work.
