I had such rude service from a girl working there a month ago that I thought Id never go back. This morning I decided to call in to see if I could get help with making long double sided copies of something if I came in. The guy answering said, I cant guarantee we can help you because were short staffed. I simply looked up a copy place down the street, went in to a pleasant guy who helped me. No need to trust FedEx Kinkos because you cant. A business is only as good as the people working there.
My go to Fedex location to drop off labeled-at-home Fedex packages. There’s always a couple staff busy helping others as well as a large room providing copiers and print services.If you have a FedEx account, you could use your account login to print label from one if the computer kiosk with label print machine there.A various shipping supplies, stationary items and some California themed gift items like national park poster covered notebooks & calendars to be found.Also they have a large banner printing service too.A decent parking lot that is shared by other businesses in the complex. It gets busy around 4-5 pm and traffic near Irwin street & hwy 101 exit ramp traffic may cause a congestion to enter the one entrance from 2nd street (one way road). Recommend to visit and do your business before 2 pm if possible.
This place is terrible! First the people working there are usless ! We went twice to try to scan some documents, and they just have automatic machine that crash every time. After scanning 40 pg of the documents the machine crash at the last one again. The result was that we lost hours of our time and we even do not have what we need at the end! Plus the automatic machine tells you that you can store the files in your cloud. But after we did the procedure again, they told us the cloud was not available, it doesn’t work. This place is a waste of time! Nothing is working and no courtesy at all

Awful service! Understaffed. Had to wait over 20 min to return a package!
I called this location to ask about a print job on a Saturday afternoon. The person who picked up the phone said that it was unlikely it was going to get done and that I should come back another time, which is not what I expected for a brand that price itself on urgency. So, I went to this location to print my document myself and then have it shipped. While doing this, the copier needed to be refilled the paper and the woman who helped me was very rude and condescending. Then, when I went to ship my document, 15 minutes before the location closed, she informed that shipping was closed, even though there were other people in line, and it was before the final drop off time. She told me to come back the next day, and I told her that this was not acceptable as this was a time critical job and I would have gone to another location had I known that the staff wanted to go home early and close the doors at 5:45 PM instead of 6 PM. Avoid this location!
The person here on Friday, April 24, 2020 was rude and unaccommodating. Did not care that I arrived to pick up a package (time sensitive) well before the closing time, and that my own available time was limited as I work in the healthcare industry in the time of Covid. Did not listen to my plea as I had no other time to pick my time sensitive package up.
I will never return to this store. The sales person was unhelpful and quite rude, and actually raised her voice, shouting at me asking are you listening to me? as though I were I child. I have never been challenged this way. I went elsewhere with my project, and the person there was kind, helpful and professional.
Horrible experience, the assistant manager should be fired!!!!!!!!!His personality is suitable behind a desk, pushing paper, not dealing with customers!!!!!!!!
I took a flash drive in with a 115 page document on it and a man named Adam helped me immediately. He asked all the right questions and took my order to make ten copies of it with front and back card-stock covers and drilled for three holes. He said he thought he could get them done the same day. Four hours later he called me at home and said they were ready. They were perfect and look great and the cost was surprisingly low. I will return there for my future printing needs. Adam was smart and efficient and seemed to be overseeing what all the other employees were doing and making the store run smoothly. A very good experience.
I have nothing but positive experiences at this location for printing jobs in smaller and larger formats, bound and unbound. Staff may be busy when I arrive, but always take care of me and make sure the jobs done quite well and to my satisfaction.

I used to spend a lot of time here. But their prices have gone up, and service has gone down because of understaffing. The employees are mostly knowledgeable professionals--but are overworked and underpaid. If FedEx corporate would up the staffing hours they provide at this location, Id be happy to give them 4 or even 4.5 stars.
Very bad experience with Pat. Don’t like to complain, but it was a Long wait and on top of it I’ll have to go to the kinkos by my house for help.
The worst costumer service ever. They have a new assistant Manager Chelsea... Poor customer service, the worst attitude... She didnt know how to charge two roles of tape, with a company account number and gave me the biggest attitude because she didnt think I could have payed with my account #. I didnt want to pay out of pocket, so I asked her to find out from the other manager how to charge the account. Sure enough the other manager told her that it was possible to charge the account and she called me to the other register in a very rude way waving her hand without even looking at me. Bad bad attitude!!! Never had such a problem with Fedex in years using their service. I wont come back here...
Judging by the other reviews, doesnt the manager think its a good idea to hire a whole new staff? Or is customer service not a Fedex thing? I just got off the phone with Susan, & when I asked her a question about where they do print on fabric, she replied with a snarky tone, why dont you try going online?, okay Susan, I had already tried that, but thanks (:
I was left high and dry at the terra Linda location, so I called here and I was told no problem, I can do it!; this is what I want to hear from a place like this! I went in on 8/5/14 at 10:45 and I was packed and shipped (or made ready to ship) and all with a smile and not a single moan, groan or complaint. I cant remember the young mans name, but tall dark and handsome and a damn good employee, use this one as a model when hiring in the future!!!
Horrible customer service tonight around 7pm. There were two staff members and neither were up front when I approached the counter to purchase about $30 worth of supplies after using the self-serve copy machines. I called out, hello and heard a shout of somebody will be with you as soon as we can. I then waited for seven minutes while one employee proceeded to make phone calls, and the other was visibly sitting in a back room looking at a computer screen. I gave up, returned the supplies back to stock, and left to purchase my items at Staples. Ridiculous to have no employees working up front at the counter for almost 10 minutes. The employee making calls should have stopped and returned to the counter, as I could hear his conversation and it was definitely low-priority reminder calls. RIDICULOUS

I called, was put on hold and then someone picked up the phone and simply hung up. I guess the phone ringing was too much of a bother... really?
Do NOT go to this place if you are not prepared to wait in line for a century before its your turn. And no there wasnt many customer, and 3 staff was on site, yet it still took them 40mins to ship my package. Apparently no one wanted to help the newbie who no nothing about the job and they dont mind to show their reluctance to help customers, either. Thank God I dont live there.
Employee who helped me here was very friendly. Great thing they are open 24hrs.
