I grew up in Marin and have worked with numerous local auto body shops over the years. These guys are great. I paid a very reasonable price and they finished before we expected. Quality work, a definite thumbs up.

Really enjoyed working with Frank. Very honest guy and does great work in a timely manner. My paint was peeling pretty bad on many areas of my 08 Z and she looks brand new now.

I have worked with Frank and Northern California Auto Body both as a customer and in a business-to-business fashion for the past year, on a monthly basis in terms of business dealings. Frank and Bill and staff did a great job on my daughters Hyundai Santa Fe. They have repeatedly been pleasant to deal with, professional and have fostered a positive business relationship. Ive sent friends to see them when they need body work done for their car and have heard back very good things.I recognize that despite the fact that the Auto Body business community is one that has mostly very well-intentioned people, there are questionable companies and service levels. Unfortunately there are always a minority of businesses that are not diligent about the work they do or how they treat customers. My experience has been that Northern California Auto Body has demonstrated a consistent focus and priority towards paying attention to how they treat people and definitely care about what their reputation is with customers and potential customers.I would encourage anyone seeking to do business with a dependable and reputable Auto Body shop in San Rafael (or Main County) to put them on a short list to call and consider before making a decision. Frank is awesome. He worked with my insurance appraiser to maximize the approved work, kept me posted during the entire job, and did a fantastic job. I cant speak highly enough of him.

Frank and Billy took my car, which Lofranos said was TOTALLED and made it lilke new. It is perfect. They were faster than any other body shop and took care of the insurance for me (called AAA etc.) They are the best!
