The best airport shuttle EVER! George was my driver- he is SO kind and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you make your flight on time & safely. Ask for him when youre scheduling your ride & you will not be disappointed!

Very reasonable price for the Bay Area-better than Uber. Georgie was nice and efficient. Shuttle was clean and air conditioning functioned well.

We used the service from San Rafael to San Francisco. They pick us up on time at 03:00am and got us to the airport very quickly Driver was very nice and helped us with our bags. This is a easy way to travel. We will definitely use them again.

Great, friendly driver. I found their website unclear and despite calling to ask details nothing was brought up regarding the final bill until I arrived at the airport. $104, what?! Not $56 as advertised, they were not friendly either when I brought it up. Uber would have been cheaper. Pissed. 2 stars because of the driver, otherwise 1.

Very poor service in the setting of conflict and issues. Rude, short and hang up on me when talking. I am happy for those who had a good experience because they serve their purpose. The problem is when things dont go as planned. They dont have good customer service and dont care about it.

Western Eagle Shuttle is on time and super reliable. They were prompt on the pick up at my house and then they were very prompt on the return from SFO back to my house. The drive Bill was efficient and van was super clean and well appointed.The prices are super reasonable for the bay area as well. Bravo ! Did a great job picking us up. NEVER AGAIN. We have used Western Eagle for 7 years and they have generally been reliable. However, as a result of our last experience, we will never use them again. We were picked up at SFO for our trip home 40 minutes late. That was not the bad part. When a told the driver I was not happy with the late arrival he went ballistic throwing our luggage in the van and shouting at us that we disrespected him. We feared for our personal safety. It was very scary. We almost decided to call a taxi rather getting in the van but we were exhausted after long overnight of travel. His anger continued on the trip home and he drove extremely aggressively. We called the office after we arrived home and asked to speak to the owner/manager about our experience. Never got a callback.

I took a private shuttle last week and was frankly surprised on how great service they gave. They picked me up on time and the driver had good conversation. Im looking forward my next pick up in a couple of weeks and am requesting the same driver Charley. thank you

PICKUP WAS SUPER LATE - ONE HOUR AFTER ARRIVAL - AND TO ADD MORE PAIN, THE DRIVER WENT TO GET FUEL????!!!Scheduled for a 6pm pickup at SFO for a 5:30 flight arrival, my husband waited at the curb. At 6:04 someone called and sent him to a different meeting point. About twenty minutes later, when my husband told me he was still waiting, I called dispatch. Was I told..Im sorry let me see what has happened and call you back..or..Im sorry for the inconvenience? Nope. I was told I dont know what to tell you, I have no control of the driver. Im just in the middle.. ??? !!! ???So at a full hour after his flight arrived, my husband was finally picked up only to be told they needed to go out of the way to get gas!I again called dispatch to say my husband says they are going the opposite direction of our home to get gas and the answer I got We dont use gasoline, we use natural gas ??? Not, Im so sorry let me call and see what I can do. Not Wow, that is completely unexpected. I really apologize Nothing.We were so excited to try Western Eagle - my husband used it for his outbound flight with great success. This return was nothing short of appalling.

We called and made a round trip reservation. We needed a 4:15 am pickup. No one showed up. We had to jump in our car and pay for long term parking in order to not miss our flight. They take zero responsibility for this, did not return phone calls and cost us a lot of extra money and stress. Id look elsewhere for airport shuttle service.

Absolutely awful! I have tried half a dozen times to use these guys and most times there have been issues! One driver totally forgot to pick me up. Another driver got off the freeway in Oakland to avoid traffic then asked me for directions through the City to Marin. Twice drivers have stopped for gas after picking me up late. Then today, the driver showed up late and as he backed up he drove across my grass lawn.

We were double booked- I specifically ordered a charter van so that we would not be hurried or bother any other passengers. When I opened the door to the van, I was surprised to see another passenger. He had also requested a private car. He told me that the driver had told him that I called that morning to request an earlier ride so he needed to combine our fares. Not true.The driver aggressively hurried us, complaining loudly as my husband was making sure all doors were locked. It took EIGHT minutes from the time he arrived to the time we drove away.The driver drove 80 mph - an illegal speed, obviously. We have pictures of this. And YELLED at my husband, in front of our children, when he was asked to please slow down as we were scared for our safety. He blamed us for making him late to the airport. Ironic when we requested a private van.The drive answered his phone 3 times while driving - handheld, not Bluetooth or speaker- also illegal. We have pictures of that as well.The company gave us a $2 discount to make up for this.I will never use this company again.

Driving down Arnold Drive at 5am. Tailgated me then passed me on a double yellow line. Going at least 50 mph in a 35 zone on wet streets. What an ass.
