Ive lived at Casa for over a year and the lack of communication has torn down this facility down. We only have 2 staff to each cottage with up to 8 residents in each cottage its difficult to restrain with short staff and they continue to bring in more residents. They zeroed out another resident for the Am shift because she didnt feel comfortable getting into a car with a staff who triggers her, however it was known that the staff was specifically removed from her cottage because of previous complaints on the specific staff. They shouldve known not to have h come pick up the residents knowing the history of the staff situation. Simple things can be done to fix casa I could go on but its not worth it because they know what they do here and its not ok to any of the kids.
Beautiful buildings and grounds plus a great organization if you have a child with special needs.
The staff dont give af about the kids here
The staff are alright but the money that the county gives for this house hold is enough and there not treating kids fair .
They are taking good care of my daughter
Incredible organization providing a caring rrestorative service to children that have had challenges in their young lives. Its best to go to their web site to learn more. I recently attended an event there and got a tour. Very impressive. Many passionate leaders, caregivers and donors involved. Thank God for organizations like this that essentially help heal our society one person at a time.
Nice facility, just wish they were more professional by way of screening visitors who visit the kids placed there
I did my community service for Mira Costa college here. I learned so much about this children.I will love to volunteer a little bit more. The stuff is very knowledgeable and the children are amazing.
