We like to eat pest control. Dave always comes out, he is friendly and and professional. He knows my house and dogs. He always does a visual of my home and gives me recommendations if needed. Dave is the reason we stay with Dewey pest control.

My dad got a quote from someone else, and I felt like it was a rip off. I told him to get another quote. Jason from Dewey came out and not only quoted a much lower price for termite eradication, but it included the repair work. Joe did the work today and my dad is very pleased. I live in Escondido. Okay, it’s that time of the year when all the creepy crawly critters come out that my wife hates. So off Home Depot to get the “Home Defense bug juice”. The wife informs me I failed again this year! The ants, crickets and yes roaches are still scurrying in numbers. I decide to seek professional help, not for me…for the bugs. A neighbor suggested I give Dewey Pest Control a call. I spoke with David and spilled my guts about the wife, the bugs etc. etc. He assured me he could help. David arrived at our house on time, looked over our issues and recommended, based on his findings, a treat plan to make my demons go away. As arranged a second David (David the technician) came a few days later to apply the treatment. Both David’s were friendly and very knowledgeable. David #2 explained everything he was doing and made recommendations on how to reduce the sanctuary city I created. Fast forward a few days. Now the wife is after me to remove all the dead bugs. This is like a complete scam 😡 they charge monthly on a year contract . Of the time of contract they told me what they going to do but now its 7 month pass and they didnt do anything and they still charged me since I have direct bill ... I call the customer service several times she told me a manger will call me but nobody ever called me back ... And its been two months that the service guy didnt show up ...
