6 Stars if I could..... CVPC is the kind of company you want to work with. Fast, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I have properties with short term renters so sometimes I can be a little unreasonable with when I need something done but they never disappoint. Martin and Melany on the phones dealing with impossible expectations are just a pleasure to work with. If you ever get the chance to work with Zach total professional and a great guy, hilarious and at the top of his game. Joe was out today and took care of our needs quickly and thoroughly.All I can say is they are the kind of company that looks for ways to work with you not the kind of company that looks for excuses. They treat you like they have known you for years and your problems are their problems. An incredible locally owned and managed company that treats you like family, wait probably better than family. Cant wait until I have another reason to call them out again.

Carmel valley pest is as good as it gets. Starting with Beth and their office team. They are wildly responsive. Prior to the job, John came out, assessed materials paint and some additional repairs that we not part of their bid. Their crew showed up early, completely prepared, and work was started with military like precision. All the guys displayed a can-do attitude. My dog loved them. Bravo to ops manager. Great job

I found what looked like termites in my attic last weekend so called Carmel Valley Pest Control to have someone come out and take a look.I got an appointment for less than a week later and Chuck, who I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by, was right on time for the appointment, and could not have been more helpful and nice.This is my first home and weve lived here for lest than a year so I was a little worried about something like this being a big problem, but did an inspection, then he explained what I had seen (termite scouts but not a full infestation) and walked me through exactly what the best course of action would be and sprayed the attic right then to prevent any more from sticking around.If youre looking for a pest control service you will not be disappointed with these guys and fingers crossed youre lucky enough to get Chuck like I was.

We highly recommend this company. Wayne and his crew repaired and restored the siding, fascia & trim on one of our projects. I cant say enough great things about his team.They were really professional, did clean work and were efficient. We will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

Best service providers in the city! Zack was extremely kind and sent his team to service my house a year past when the warranty expired. That alone would have given them five stars. However he came out to my house twice and spent much of his time kindly explaining to me the reality of termites (Im from out of state). Then he made magic happen and was able to get his team to my house on short notice when I asked him. Joe M and Martine showed at my house and not only were they on time (how often does that happen?), they were friendly, courteous and work efficiently. They were very considerate and polite - honestly I wish all service providers were like these guys. Now I never want termites, but I guarantee the next time I get them, there is no one else I will turn to. Already wrote it on my calendar to have them inspect the house next year. Carmel Valley Pest Control is the best Pest service we have ever had. They completely irridicated our ant problem and helped us rid our attic of rats and mice. We live near a wooded area so our home is very susceptible. Every time we call them they come out promptly and solve our problems quickly for a reasonable cost. They are really experts. We highly recommend them.

About 2 weeks ago Ive encountered a rat infestation in my outdoor patio as well as inside my home. Carmel Valley Pest Control was recommended to me by a friend. I called the company on Thursday, October 12, and was referred directly to Ray, the technician. Following a brief conversation, Ray adjusted his schedule to survey my property that same day and provide an assessment of the situation. He began treatment that Thursday with a distribution of bait-boxes and traps and was successful in capturing several rats in my property. Ray provided and continues to provide outstanding service by checking my property as needed and removing any dead rats. I would highly recommend Ray for any pest issues you might have, and Im certain youll be pleased with his friendly demeanor and knowledge of the issue as I am.Carmel Valley Pest Control has come to my rescue again after Labor Day 2019. Specifically, the technician, Martine, was punctual, supportive, thorough and knowledgeable. He modified his schedule to address my need in capturing mice that have entered into my kitchen. He placed 6 baited traps in key positions resulting in the capture of all the mice. Having rodents in your home is very stressful, but the timely and effective response by Martine really helped and put me at ease.

Carmel Valley Pest was very friendly and professsional, we booked our appointment with Tina over the phone and she answered all of my questions and concerns. Joe came out to spray and was the same way. We havnt seen any spiders since the spray. I will definitely use their services again.

These guys are top notch. SO professional. Polite. On time (which is huge when trying to plan your day) and go out of their way so often to go the extra mile. We have a slate roof that prevents us from tenting our house so we see these guys a couple times per year for termite outbreak maintenance. We have not had one bad experience. Recently, they redid some wire doors on our basement level around the house perimeter b/c raccoons had clawed them open and were living under the house. They customized the size and came out several times to make sure they worked. All at a fair price. We are grateful for CVPC!
