My usual place for maintenance couldn’t run my inspection today. They recommended this place based on proximity. The staff took a few minutes to get to my car. There were a couple cars in front of me, they said 20 minutes. It took 35. Few guys just standing around, I figured the inspection should go quickly. The tech inspecting my car couldn’t find mileage so he pressed buttons and wiped my trip meter. All in all, about an hour plus another 25 minutes on the phone with the company I do trust to do my oil changes, to tell me my mileage. These guys aren’t worth the hassle.

I have using them for a while now. I used to be in service in the car industry. They did not check my engine air filter, any fluids or EVEN the tire pressure. I talked to the manager. He said that he has been the manager for 28 years. Well MANAGER, you need to train the guys better. Or be trained better yourself. It shows your lack of Quality or Professionalism. You just want my money. If you didnt check over my car, how do I know you even did the oil change in the first place. So disappointed....I will think about where I go next time. So should you....

I wish all staff and cooks were wearing Face Mask they was maybe 4 total wearing their mask. Plus I wish they leave enough space between tables for customers. I know everyone trying to make a buck but packed like sardines is crazy. Will not go there again.

Very quick, great service! The guys were really polite and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. It could have been awkward sitting in my truck while they work around me, but they were smiling and chatting when appropriate, and got the job done! I will return.

I got a oil change it was great, month later went for inspection, different guy..he said inspector is gone and just walked off..my opinion rude! Tina

They advertise a 10 minute oil change but it tales way longer than that. Attendant was lacking in knowledge on a few things. Maybe he was new.

It cost me 75.00 for an oil change. The website States that a full service oil change included cleaning of windows and vaccuming carpet. Never again. Overpriced and under delivered.

I have been to Bradzoil twice now and the experience is always pleasant.The customer service was great and I was out in less than 15 minutes. The prices are fair and staff is friendly. It is safe to say I will be going back.

Great service with friendly staff! Always efficient, friendly, and professional service no matter how busy they are. I would recommend to anyone needing an oil change or inspection. Only issue I have is the coupon program, seems coupons are not put out often and when they are expire before you can use them.

Great place. The manager Jody is very honest. I went in for a scheduled owners manual service 30K mile radiator flush. Jody checked the antifreeze and said it was clean and was in specification for winter weather, and told me that I did not need to change the fluid at this time. I will keep going back.

I always go to Wal-Mart but today they told me it would be a 3hr wait so I went here. I am so glad I did right away someone greeted me then they took my car quick. The one thing I loved was not 1 person helped me they all did great job guys. Cleaned my car my windows had it all nice and ready for .fast great service

Been coming here for a while, the folks here used to at least be friendly. Last time I got an inspection they put the wrong VIN on my inspection sheet...what a headache getting my registration renewed was after that.. this time I was ushered in by a rude guy named Austin. Guy was obviously annoyed I was there and was just rude to me for no apparent reason. I used to drive all the way from Kyle to this place specifically because at least they were friendly to me. Definitely not coming back again.

This is a speedy place. I went there for an inspection, and was behind 2 people. Plus they were doing oil changes in their bays. Needless to say, I was not the first in line. I had time, so I waited. It didnt take long at all. I sat there, and played on my phone for a bit. The next thing I knew, they were calling my name because they were done.

I take all my cars here. They have always taken good care of my vehicles.

This place is awesome! I brought in my own oil and filter. I even brought my puppy. And they let her sit inside with me without any complaining! Then I go out to my car after theyre done to see that they vacuumed out the inside of my car (it was really dirty..). I was just about to go do that so they actually saved me some sweat and time :) I believe the guy who helped me was named Jody. Overall, excellent customer service!!

DONT GO HERE! You will notice that this is the second review where they have put the wrong oil filter in a car. This is our first and last time here. You can tell this is a green crew. We noticed huge puddles of oil in our drive way after the oil change. Took it to the dealership a few days later when oil kept leaking. Dealership said the wrong oil filter was put on and $200 later after another oil change and the labor to clean up the oil throughout the car. Filled out an incident report with Jody the Manager and he nor Alex from Corporate bothered to call me back. They would not pay for the repair or refund me the $80 we spent with them since we did not take it back to them. I am sorry but if Pennzoil is incompetent to do a simple oil change, I am not going to let you touch my car again. No telling what would have happened next. Jody needs to train his crew. Maybe they should call it a 15 minute oil change instead of 10 minutes so they can spend more time to do it right.

Fast service! Got my car inspection here. It was easy and everyone was nice.

I was told I had a transmission leak that I should get checked. When I got it checked, I didnt have any transmission fluid. The seal was leaking. They saved me alot of money letting me know I had a problem. I will go back and recommend them to others.

I came here after going to 3 different places in San Marcos and being told 3 to 4 hr wait times or they simply could not fit me in... Pulled up here and was immediately greeted, and told to pull my car up! Got right on my car and were very professional! Need your oil changed, but dont want to wait hours, this is THE SPOT! Lived in San Marcos for 7 years and got my oil changed here for 6 years (I tried 3 other places before finding this place)

The guys were nice and helpful but they made it clear they were not well trained. This is for a 2007 BMW X3.The mechanic did not properly put my oil filter back together (completely forgot to replace a piece that he removed). This caused my solonoid sensors for the Vanos system to clog within minutes of turning the car back on. $107 synthetic oil change is worthless and needs to be changed again on top of a charge of $752 for new solonoid sensors.When they plugged their computer into my vehicle after the oil change it came up with an error code for solonoid Vanos actuator. They said they had no idea what that meant and refused to open up the filter in order to check everything was in place.There are 20 other oil change places in town, go elsewhere!
