I was super excited to see my package was delivered.... only to learn it was put in a parcel locker. No big deal, right? Well, there was no key in my mailbox. I tried calling for help and no one answered. It all stays automated. I dont know why it was put in a parcel locker in the first place as plenty of packages have been dropped on my doorstep with no problem. Im giving two starts because I still have some hope that maybe I can get my package by leaving a note about the problem and the contents wont be ruined from heat. π Theyre cake toppers, so maybe.... but maybe not.Update: So yay! On the day I posted this I tried reaching out through their email customer service, and thankfully everything was resolved on the same day! Still have to knock one star just because what happened cant be ignored, but I really appreciate the quick action that too place to resolve this issue, and thankfully the cake toppers were just fine.If you have issues DO NOT TRY TO CALL! Honestly the phone service is less than helpful, but going through the USPS website and through email customer service works MUCH better.
I wish I can give this a 0. Had a packaged shipped to my home which Iβve lived at for over a decade. whoever the deliver person was forwarded it (even though it was my address) by the time the i came down here they discarded the package. I asked to speak to the supervisor who wasnβt the least apologetic. They took zero responsibility even after I asked how a post master can make some an incompetent mistake. I was going to sign up for a post box here but service like this makes me want to never do business with USPS. As a small business owner, Iβm very disappointed by the type of service I got. A simple apology would have been sufficient.
Sometimes I think people want to take their frustration out on the USPS, as they are an easy target. This has been our Post Office for over 20 years and I have always received friendly and good service from them. That also applies to our postal carriers. I wish all companies were as good when it comes to providing a service. Thanks to all the people who work there!π
I came to this post office worrying because I have bad experience before. And as I expected i accomplished nothing there. The teller gave me the wrong fee to pay for shipping my package. Then I did go to Carlsbad and all went smoothly. San Marcos postoffice employees are the worse!
Please, if you are in need to make appointment to renew passport, please STAY AWAY from this office. Today I had an appointment to renew my sons passport, and I did not have the correct application (like I knew what I needed), then I did not know I needed my sons birth certificate, I just brought my sons old passport.. OMG, what a tragedy. Lily the clerk, was so slow in telling me things, and between the masks and the plexyglass was such an ordeal, but the biggest problem was AVA, her little next door friend: THE MEANIEST OF ALL! She kept telling Lily what to do, and she could not take us, and stuff of that matter..I asked to speak to manager, I knocked on side door, AVA opened the door, I told her I wanted to talk to manager, and she SLAMMED THE DOOR AT ME!I spoke to manager, Brian M Toedt, he was nice, but acted like I was the problem a little, and that got me really upset: Lily is fully booked EVERYDAY, and she is the only one that know what she is doing.. Well, it is NOT MY PROBLEM that she is the only one doing, since I am PAYING $ 145.00 TOTAL (and $ 35.00 goes to you for what??? being yelled at and having a door slammed in my face?????)BAD SERVICE! MEAN PEOPLE?
Ran in during my lunch break & THEY ROCKED IT!! They had someone in the lobby (Brian) helping customers and he answered my questions. Thank you guys and great teamwork. Appreciate you.
Probably one of the most condescending and disrespectful experiences Iβve ever had. Not only have employees spoken condescendingly to many of the other people in line, but they are passive aggressive in their tone as well. A manager (I didnβt catch his name) was walking around the line offering help and was kind, but when it came to the employees standing feet away, they seemed to get away with their negative attitudes and poor service. The contrast was shocking and it doesnβt make sense how they are allowed to get away with how they treated people who arenβt even instigating anything. The other guests in line simply greeted the clerks asked simple questions and were with hostility.
Ive had plenty of good service at this location. Cathy is the best!
Tired of getting old, come to this place because time stands still here. My package got sorted wrong and sent here and they seem to just be twiddling their thumbs instead of doing anything.
They lost my cloth and medicine in total I lost 100 dollars because of them horrible service
Nice branch, good staff
Was able to receive quick & accurate service !
The carriers in this office didnβt scan a package as delivered or get a signature when you request signature tracking
Try calling and see how many times it takes to get someone to pick up at this post office. I drive to Milford and Union Lake to avoid this place, worst post office there is. Derivers here are great, I will say, but the staff that answers phones and runs counter is embarrassing. This post office has lost many packages of mine in our 5 years of business, I literally drive further to avoid them. That is pretty bad.
Catherine is always so friendly, helpful and professional. There are others at this post office with whom I have had a good customer service experience with, as well, over the years. Unfortunately, there is always a bad apple who aims to spoil the environment, but I just try to avoid the grumpy clerk. Thankful there arent more like that at this location. Keep up the good work, positive team members! (:
I came to ship a package, I went at 9 am and it was not busy at all. A lady helped me to get the right size box, tape, and bubble wrap. She was very kind and helpful. The lady who rung me up was quick and helped me choose the right priced shipping. Very Helpful and fast. I was there a total of 15 minutes, including the time I took to box my item.
This is the most pleasant post office Ive been to. Always greeted with a welcome and the staff tries to help you even before you are with an associate. Im here almost once a week. I had a passport appointment for 3 of my kids and was done in 15 minutes. They are efficient and you can tell they really want you to have a pleasant experience.
Whatβs the point of making a passport appointment if you end up waiting over a half hour? They took 2 people in front of me without appointments. The place is a hole, inadequate space to social distance and to be safely waiting as long as I had to. A 3rd world experience.
Really stupid how I cant speak to anyone in the postal office, called dozens of times and no option available, and the automated system doesnt give u that option. Really dumb and to make a case?? 2+ hours on hold, and here I thought the DMV was hell. Stupid... Very dumb... I remember when you were able to call, asked them questions, they answered and everyone wins. I dont know why not anymore....dumb. Huge!
They are usually busy but very pleasant to deal with
I have an office in an industrial complex. All the tenants here leave their mail hanging outside the door to make it easy for the USPS to pick up the mail. Only 1 out of three drivers actually picks up when they drive by. The other carriers literally look at the mail and drive right on by. Government should stop providing any services at all! Only private industry knows how to provide efficient customer service. We are all screwed. I feel sorry for my children and their grand children. Oh, and when I call to talk to someone, always a busy signal. This is 2015. Get on the ball USPS. No wonder you are failing. AND.... I went in the office and the customer service rep told me I could easily drop it off at a box somewhere.
My last experience there was great! The manager, I think he is new, was super friendly and helpful. The cashiers have always been nice and have good attitudes. There is always a line because its super busy, but hey, its a post office. Parking is always available despite how busy it is.
This places I utterly useless, I asked to borrow a pen and they tell me they dont have any. What type of business does that? Then I ask for 3 change of adress forms and they say they only have 2. This is baffling coming from the post office. I wish I could give it zero stars. The staff is even rude and condescending.
First off you never can get a hold of them, second off it takes two days for them to sort packages. In fact as I write this the paperwork I had delivered for my business which I need today wont be in my mailbox till tomorrow guaranteed, even though it was delivered to the post office already. Third off they are lazy. I ordered a 6oz. Foam roller.. and the postal lady was to lazy to deliver to my door. I had to go pick it up. Seriously 6 oz foam roller was too heavy? They are the most unreliable waste of space
Live in a condo-community and the delivery person ALWAYS DELIVERS my packages to the wrong mailbox, it doesnβt matter how old or young the person is. Itβs always the same issue every freaking week. And if you call the post office be prepared to wait 1- 2 hours just for them to tell you theyβll open a case and try to resolve.
I use this post office regularly and they deliver mail to our home. I have found their service to be absolutely terrific. They serve every home in their area and every customer that comes in the door, regardless of where they wish to send a postal letter or package. They are part of a postal system that has a legal obligation to deliver mail to and from EVERY person and address in the U.S. and the world -- and actually, do deliver the mail and packages of their own competitors,(FedEx, UPS etc. use the Postal Service to deliver the packages of their own customers.) I feel very fortunate to have a post office like ours and to have the USPS. I think it is a bargain and I appreciate the people who do their best to serve us.
Such a great service. Always. Im actually surprised to see so many low ratings. Hopefully, there will be more people sharing positive experiences!
My package arrived and is not going to be delivered until tomorrow. Yet it was there at 10:00 AM. Tried to call and still get busy signal. Apparently the infamous busy signal has been going on for years. Lovely service. This is the last time I use USPS and I will stay away from UPS service that happens to partially include USPS. How is that for customer satisfaction?
While at this post office I was helped with a very nice man name Bill who was more than happy to help and serve me, but during my time there I was given to a little lady who was to take my passport picture and she was rude, unhelpful, and obviously did not want to be there. Unfortunately, I was unable to get through by phone to anyone to lodge a complaint so I am doing so now.
Heres one for you...the phone number wont even work now. Ive had 2 things sent to me for signed release. Neither of which ever made it. They put a note in my mailbox saying I wasnt home, when not only was I home, my front door was open. (I live in an apt.) I went online, said I wanted it delivered in person as it was paid for, so next day they left it in my box. Second mailing just never showed up, either at my door or mailbox. Sender had to go online and track it down. UPS is SO MUCH more reliable!
Great post office! They move the line along and theyre actually friendly!! I usually doubt five a friendly part office. They make sure there is plenty is space for self service and then seperate everyone else whos in line. I also love the convenience of having a 24 hour open lobby!
Very BUSY But they Do thier Best.
Horrible service. I had a Certified letter attempt left at my door. Filled it out and signed to leave it. I also went online to have it redelivered. After 2 days of nothing and no attempt letters left at my door or a final notice I went to the post office to claim it. This is now 6 days after first attempt and they are suppose to hold on to it for 15 days before its considered unclaimed. The manager Steve raised his voice at me and said there is nothing they can do. His guys made a mistake and sent it back 9 days early. He refused to acknowledge there mistake or rectify it in anyway. Just raised his voice at me and said I would have to have them resend it again. Worse service I have ever seen. At least take responsibility and intercept before it is sent back from the distribution center or pay for the redelivery as it was his and his employees mistake.
I think its pretty nice that you have someone who greets everyone as you walk in. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me with the self checkout machine.
My experience at this post office has always been positive. I often ship overseas. Courteous, knowledgeable personnel are very helpful. Thank you for your service.
This is the second time to come here. The clerk thought I must steal the type. After my clear explanation and told her that the type I bought last year had obvious traces of use, her attitude was still very cold and there was no apology.
Phone is constantly busy but like magic after 5 it starts ringing but guess what nobody answers. No delivery of an email in the last two days trying to find out what is going on but unfortunately Im off to take a drive over there waste more time in order to see the people of doing their job this is very lousy. Im believable I cant give them 0 stars have to give them one they dont even deserve one.
Absolutely horrible service. they will never answer the phone. ever. busy signal all day. are you kidding me? i have no idea how can they get away with this type of service. and on top of that half the time my packages gets lost.
I donβt know why I ever go to the post office. They are never friendly nor helpful. Every time I go to the postal annex, they are wonderful and never give me grief. No more USPS for me.
The staff was really nice, answered all my questions and helped me with the packaged I needed to send. It was overall a nice service!
This place is a complete joke. Everyone working there moves at one speed- SLOW. These people just dont care, they all look miserable. It always takes at least 10 minutes for them to find a package thats being held for me. They always have to hunt it down. I wish I could go to the back room to see what really goes on in the back area. Im not political, but his post office is a perfect example of why federal government is so dysfunctional. The USPS has served this country for a very long time, maybe its time to move on to something else. Privatize mail service, like FedEx or UPS where the people hustle and are cheerful. There, I got it off my chest!
Horrible experience!!! Tried to send a package overseas and the lady not only had no clue but, was super lazy. Asked to see some one else. She get me her supervisor and that one was all about protecting her lazy coworker. A bunch of incompetent lazy gIrls protecting each other. I will take my package to another place.
I got a scam call from someone claiming to be a UPS delivery person saying my name was picked because I won $250,000 and a package I ordered would be delivered tonight which was ordered until I realized that it was ordered through Fedex. He kept fishing for information and said I had to produce a drivers license, photo id and a passport to get the money. Where would they get my name since my daughter ordered it and I didnt.
Terrible customer service. No option to speak to anyone at this office over the phone. Medicine lost. This is why Id rather have anything important shipped via UPS or FedEx.
The man who helped with my passport renewal was very friendly and nice, but the passport photo (taken on an old camera with scary story flashlight lighting) was god awful. I look like a 60 year old serial killer. You couldnt have taken a worse photo if you tried. And to add insult to injury, it costs $15. On the mail side of things, our mail is frequently delivered to the wrong mail box, we get our neighbors mail, and packages arent delivered to our house so we have to pick them up here. There is never someone at the package pick up window and you commonly have to wait for 10+ minutes for someone to come help. Lines are long, people working generally seem bummed out and annoyed. I dread having to go here. But that seems par for the course with government offices like the post office and dmv so I guess in that respect its average.
Waited on hold for over an hour to speak with someone regarding my package a d they tell me its available to pick up at this post office. I wait another 20 mins at the blue door to pick up the package and they have no idea where it is, so they tell me it got shipped back to sender. Well I call and wait on hold for another hour to find out whats going on and they tell me it is there a d can be picked up or delivered the next business day. So instead of dealing with the idiots over there again I chose to have it delivered, lets see if it actually shows. What a nightmare.
Just went out to get the mail in our town home development. The zip is 92078-1078. The mail delivery guy was still filling all four of the huge mail boxes, so I gave him a few minutes and then went back out. He was all done, and had delivered all the mail and packages . Unfortunately, HE LEFT ALL FOUR MAILBOXES WIDE OPEN and drove away. yep, almost 100 units worth of mail, bills, checks, packages, you name it. WIDE OPEN!I figured out how to close them up, but couldnt close the mail slot door which secures it all because I HAVE NO KEY, Im not the mail person. I tried to contact/leave a message at the post office, and two OTHER ones, trying to get someone...just busy signals everywhere. Online was useless also.Hope no one STEALS EVERYTHING!!!!!
We recently put a hold on our mail before going on vacation. We requested that mail resume delivery on June 25. The sub told us yesterday that he didnt know that there was held mail to be delivered. Today is June 26, and the mailman came in our absence and brought only todays mail. We have now been waiting 15 minutes on a telephone hold. The system seems flawed, and someone needs to own it and fix it.
Ive lived in San Marcos for 20 yrs and have, for the last 10 years, NEVER been able to reach the post office by phone. Even now, one and a half hours past closing, their phone is busy. I know theyre busy but PLEASE!!! Do they honestly get away with this? Apparently so..l
I sent a package with delivery confirmation on 5/28/15 hoping that I would at least have some way of tracking its delivery status. It is now 6/22/15 and the package is nowhere to be found. Contacted USPS customer service and provided my tracking number. Waited 3 days for the San Marcos branch to call me back... only to tell me that they didnt have a tracking number. So I gave the person my tracking number. Waited 2 more days... and another person called me back asking for the tracking number. Uhhh... what kind of customer service is this? Can somebody just tell me where is my package is?
Horrid absolutely HORRID ... used to be good ... and too be alot of things ... lock broke on the back of our community mail box ... didnt tell us, didnt leave a note ...NOTHING ... stopped delivering mail completely until we drive over and ask what is going on! Left packages in a box without being locked, anyone could have taken, (we delivered to the right houses) ... no accountability ... from anyone there ... dont try and call ... used to be infinite busy tone... got in trouble for that ... so now you get a recording that when directed, just rings and rings and rings ... until it finally disconnects you!! HORRID SERVICE ... bad attitudes, mismanaged, slow ... and just very sad place to go ... needs a whole new makeover!! Only getting one star so this will post!!
That was not my experience...ie: not negative at all. I called and they promptly answered the call...the PO worker was most respectful and replied to the information I solicited. They later called and left me a vm...per our conversation with the information I need.Experience was most positive.. May have improved some of their customer services and/ all for the best.:)
I cant believe the reviews I am reading. I have been going to this post office for twenty years, and I have ALWAYS had good service and the people that work there are wonderful. I think the people writing these reviews are upset about other things that are going on in their lives and need someone to blame!
Typical incompetent post office. My mailman is lazy and will not pull up to our gate and ring the doorbell so every package I must drive to the post office to pick up and half the time they cant locate it. I cant believe its even legal for a government business to be so incompetent and have no regard for paying customers.
Tried over and over using tracking system to put hold for pick in timely manner. Used tracking number provided by ups for usps with no results. The San Marcos location on Twin Oaks phone line stays busy. Sent email and no response.
I witnessed a postal person on Voltaire Street deliver a box and haphazardly left the box on the sidewalk!! On the sidewalk!!!! I will give it about one hour before it is stolen. I am already at work so there is nothing I can do. Is that Post Office policy???
Please stay away from this post office at all costs!!!! Rude employees that act like they are doing you a HUGE favor to ship your package. When it is shipped, youd better hold your breathe and say a little prayer that your package arrives at its destination and on time is just asking waaaaaaaayyyyyy too much. Did you try to call them to inquire about anything? Even if you did, you probably wont get through to anyone because they must be so extremely busy that they just cant seem to multitask and answer the phone. Ever. I suggest we just do away with this service altogether and subsidize a private carrier that actually gives a crap about their customers and the level of service that they provide. It is our money that pays their salaries, after all...Good luck!
Important letters for Attorney not picked up TODAY. Put out yesterday am. Mail pickup is noon, 5:00 pm whenever. Terrible service.
The people there are extremely rude and donβt have any interest in helping customers out. Just horrible service when you ask for help navigating their website they say they donβt know and donβt work on the website. Iβll never go there again.
This is the very Worst Post Office. I ordered medication from Canada! They refused to notify me on 8-1-17 that my pkg arrived from India prepaid and returned it to a India Without Notifying Me! This System is Broken!!!!! I would like to fire the Postmaster here asap! Even the Escondido mail carriers know about the horrible mistakes they make and Continue to make! Ive waited a month for this medication! They want $3,000 for 30 pills because they purposely dont make the generic anymore! Our U S medical system is broken. Please write the President if you have similar problems with RX prescriptions! Medicine costs $60 if ordered from Canada. Please report this post office to the postmaster general for investigation
Debbie was more than helpful, spent an excess amount of time working on what I asked of her and ended up solving the problem smoothly! Good job Debbie!
Totally pathetic. Amazon order doesnt show due to issue with label. 45 minutes later usps rep assures me she fixed the label and it will be delivered next day. Two days later, no package. Call amazon who calls carrier because this usps offices public phone number doesnt go through to anyone. They say its at the location. Another hour at the location and no one has a clue where it is. Supervisor lies to me saying its delivered and waiting at my house in a parcel locker. Its not. Best part is they have 100% customer satisfaction awards on the wall for several years. Obviously internal audits as the Google reviews are the opposite. Make sure to complain to amazon about this location. This office doesnt care about our opinion but they will if Amazon stops using them.
The post office is a JOKE. In this day and age you STILL CANT CALL AND TALK TO A HUMAN IN LESS THAN 30 MINS. No wonder the post office is sinking.... they are worthless time wasters whos jobs can be done by robots. But hey, they work for the PO so they cant get fired and make way more money than they deserve. Shut the PO down and build things that the public actually uses, not infuriates them. Its the DMV for mail.
In line I saw a lady working names Eva, she seems like a real pill. She should not work with the public. She gave attitude to 2 separate people in the short time I was there.
Terrible. Stopped delivering mail while I still lived there. Claimed they would resume and didnt After 4 phone calls and two returned packages, the carrier lied and said he didnt get notice until a week after I left the yellow slip and 7 business days after I called the Post Office twice. No accountability. They will not do what they say. If you have parcels, find any way possible to avoid USPS shipping.
Liars. I was told my Express Mail package had a delivery attempt 6 minutes before the refund cutoff. The problem is that there was absolutely not a delivery attempt. How can I be so sure? I was standing on my porch waiting for the deliver from 11:30 to 12:30.. and no missed delivery notification was left the entire day.. Very disappointed
Yelled at by Postal employee and had door slammed in my face when I was a few minutes late after closing. Apparently, its okay at this branch to have complete contempt for your customers that are shelling out good money to send an overnight envelope. Unbelievable!
Tried to call this office for days and get nothing but a busy signal. Same thing with the Escondido office and postal store. Guess nobody gives a crap.
I have a good experience using this post office. Very helpful stuff.
The counter clerks are frequently unwilling to scan pre-posted, pre-labelled Priority Mail packages when I drop them off at the counter. I always politely ask for a receipt so I have proof that I have dropped off a package and most of the time they tell me to look online for it. I left a package in their inside parcel depository yesterday at 5:30 and it still had not been scanned by 2:05 the next afternoon. The service is disappointing.
They are generally fast and helpful here. Never had any problems.
Bad service just wanted to get me out of there.
I shipped a Priority Express package overnight thru this post office from NC and it arrived at 9:07 am the day of scheduled delivery (12/30/14) and at 12:05 pm-the post office stated package had been re-scheduled for the 31st. Tried calling this post office for over 5 hours and never got anything but a busy signal. You wonder why the post office operates in the red and it is business behavior like this that is driving them out of the market for a shipper like me. I cant afford to pay for overnight delivery and then have packages not get delivered.
Fast service and I love the drive through drop off mailboxes.
This the worst post office I have ever dealt with - and I am 69 years old. Who knows why? I have tried to call them, BUT, they have their phone off the hook. This is Feb. 26th, not an extremely busy time of the year. Do they not realize that they are being paidby U S citizens - namely me. They are both rude to customers and are extremely incompetent. They have now started returning my mail to sender - oh, not all of it, just some of it.why, but, since the mail carrier left me a note telling me and suggested I call the post office. Guess what, they once again left the phone off the hook. I tried for over 2 hours by redialing and redialing as soon as I could hang up and redial. This is the third time I have tried calling them over a problem. Tomorrow I will drive 6 miles to go there, and, take my walker out so I will be able to get inside. I will try to hold my temper and not speak to them in 4 letter words. If there were another way to receive mail I would use it. THIS IS THE SAN MARCOS, CA post office!! Remember they are not competent.
When packages are sent from family and friends I never recieve them until more than a month later . I call several times no one ever picks up the phone, but when you do get ahold of someone they say oh your package was here the whole time then why didnt the hell you deliver the package if it was there . Horrible service for my experience of living here during my college years . If you expect a package to be here tomorrow get ready to wait till months later to recieve .
Phone is always busy, staff is incompetent. Probably the worst post office I have ever used.
The most horrid service Ive experienced. NEVER even try to attempt to deliver packages.
The phones were made to answer too. Never answer the phones, worst service ever.
Horrible service, nightmare phone system. An example why the government should never attemp a job that should be handled by private industry.
Waited all day to get my package just to get the update on the online tracking that a notice was left because here was no secure location to leave package when I know for a fact it was never even attempted to be delivered I was outside waiting for it saw the mail man pass by and never attempt to leave a package or anything hopefully its there at the post office like it says online
LITERALLY The most scam based people I have ever met I asked if there were materials that mattered just for safety of them to know it was friendly item but they try to say it costs more, but there is not a single page online about materials mattering itβs overal weight!
So tired of lazy government employees. This post office closed its doors before 4pm. Really? They just stared at me through the glass at 3:58, like ya, we know we closed early, and we dont really care... Might have to go exclusively with FedEx for my business shipping.
Stood in line for more than 15 minutes while two of the four clerks did nothing but fiddle with their computers. The other two clerks (who actually were helping customers) were overwhelmed.
Its hard to rate an experience when the place was closed an hour before their listed time. It was a drive away but needed to get done just to get there and it be closed early with no explanation why.
Horible would not delivelvet until 10 days have the do date
WORST POST OFFICE, PHONE ALWAYS BUSY.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CALL THEM!!!!!
HATE THIS POST OFFICE! THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER. THEY SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!
This phone number is incorrect and it is impossible to reach a human by any of the phone numbers provided and the automated isnt very helpful.
They gave me a notice and key for a package in the local locker. But the key didnt work, so the package has been held captive for a month. I left a note for the post man but he said I dont have a key for that.
Two lost packages in two weeks. The Postmaster General needs to investigate.
Try calling the post office. ALWAYS busy. Just absurd.
Very friendly staff. Just like an post office, the wait can get long.
I concur they never answer their phone. I suggest that they have it disconnected and save a little money. Once a long time ago one of their managers came out of his office and lied to me about how to stop junk mail. Suggestion, how about putting your office hours on your webpage.
I walked in a couple minutes after closing to just drop a prepaid package off, people were still in there being helped but they rudely told me to leave even though I was just dropping off and would take 2 seconds of their time.
This post office sucks, Seriously, My packages just sit there for 3 days to 7 before finally being sent to where they are going, Good luck getting through by phone to them to see what the hold up is, Its eternally stuck on busy tone.
Third time I had a missed delivery and slip left and no attempt to knock on the door.
Horrible service. No call waiting!! Dont call just go to the location.Dissatisfied
Terrible place to get your passaport .
I agree with all the people here that this place sux
