My family and I have been going to this Supercuts location for many years and love the amazing work of Paulina P.. I went in today to see if Paulina was available for a couple of haircuts and found out that shes no longer working there. We have in the past settle on going with someone else there, only to be dissatisfied with the results. My family and I will be looking for a new place for our hairstyling needs.

Easy to book an appointment online. Also easy to find this location. Stephanie did a good job cutting my hair.

Booked reservation online w/ Google which is super easy, and have done this several times before. This time the reservation was canceled while driving to the store, no idea why. SC stylist said you dont have a reservation, no way you have a reservation. I tried to show her the confirmed reservation (screen shot below), but she didnt care. Only matters whats on her screen, not concerned about bad customer experience.4/21 Update: Moving from 1 star to 4 stars. Owner called and apologized. Still not sure what happened, but warning to others, Google/Opensalon can and did cancel my confirmed appointment. I made another appointment via Google/Opensalon today and everything worked fine. Im a long time Supercuts customer, 20+ years, and I really like the online reservation system ... as long as it works!

Ive been going here a while now and they always give me a great haircut! Im always greeted promptly and kindly. Mary cut my hair today and she did a fantastic job! She even helped to fix my goofy cowlick. I cant remember the name of the other one who cut my hair before but she wears a cool black hat! Thank you!

Walked in to empty salon. 3 stylists 1 patron in shampoo. The gal asked if wed called ahead and I said no. She got all quiet and I looked at all the empty chairs and asked if that was going to be a problem. She says she has 2 appointments coming in like 25minutes. She didnt seem to want to cut my sons hair which was a super simple job. No frills dude haircut. Not even a shampoo. I just looked at the empty chairs some more before she decided to take him. She was done well before her appointments showed up. For 21$ its pricy for the level of service and COLD welcome we got. I did tip her 5$ because he liked his cut. Most like wont return though. Last place I had similar experience is now closed. Guess standing around and discouraging customers doesnt make too much money for owner to stay open.

I wish I could give this business a negative star!! I went in for a hair cut and was asked if I called ahead (It doesnt say you need to online), when I said no I was asked if I could come back at 3pm (45mins). I said sure even though they didnt look busy. I came back at 3 was sat in a chair after explaining what I wanted I was told by the stylist that she did not feel comfortable cutting my hair and she would prefer another stylist do it. I said ok once again then was asked if I could return in 20 minutes so she could go to lunch. I said its ok Ill just wait. I ended up wait for another 30 minutes before I walked out without getting my hair cut. During that 30 minutes I waited I saw them turn away 2 potential clients in person and 2 over the phone. This place is such a joke!! I will NEVER stop in or recommend this place to anyone!!! I would rather cut my own hair than step foot in there again!

They charge too much for a simple haircut

Im tired of getting haircuts and having to go back later or to a different place to get it fixed. I used to like the haircuts but lately theyve had some pretty bad staff. Chelsea was doing stuff I didnt even ask for and she exposed one ear more than the other. My sides are really uneven and she cut more on the top than I asked. She was doing whatever she felt looked good or what she wanted rather than what I wanted. This isnt the first time Ive felt this way.

Ive been to many Supercuts and not all are the same. This one is by far the best in the area. Everyone knows how to cut hair and what to do!

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!! I am writing this review for my boyfriend speaking he is very angry and disappointed in the job that was done. Today he walked in asking for a trim saying he wanted to keep the hair style he currently had. She had agreed and said that she would start off with cutting a little at a time. She went right in with her scissors and cut off a large majority of his hair leaving it very choppy and overall not looking too good especially in the back. His only description was that she had a nose ring. If a customer asks for something specific and you say you can do it then make sure its done right. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The same lady ruined my haircut twice in a row. Made me self conscious and very unhappy. Would not recommend for anyone

Im very particular about my hair. Once again Izzy has come through!!! Ive gone before to her for trims for my long hair. But today I went in for a style. She did a fantastic job on my hair!!!! I just love what she did!!! Shes very funny and made sure we were on the same page for my haircut. Shes the best!!!!

The girl did an amazing hair cut, she was nice and very skilled. I can’t remember her name.... but I’ll definitely go back.

This place does a great job with your hair. The people are friendly and always try to make conversation. They don’t yank at your hair or grab your head and shift it around too much like the male barbor shops I used to goto. A tip: go after 12pm if you can, because there are usually only 2 people who open the store together. Better than some other supercuts I’ve been to in the past.

Came in for a trim and layers cut in to my hair and left with a horrible cut, should have left when Maleen mentioned she was practicing on a doll head in the back before I showed up. Horrible blunt cut, no shape or body at all. I should have given myself a quick trim at home I would have done a better job. Literally made me cry when I blow dried and styles. Horrible work, I was in a hurry and it was right before Easter so I had almost no options. Never going here again, ever!

Today was my first time going to Supercuts.I was unfortunate enough to get a girl on her first day. My haircut looks like it was done by the gardener with a weed wacker. The manager said it was my fault for being nervous. Don’t go there.

Terrible. The Stylist did not give me the length that I wanted and now my hair is much shorter than I normally like to wear it. The stylist also became distracted and started talking to the customer while using the buzzers on my hair, and kept averting her eyes away. like pay attention. and worst of all she shaved my side burns very high up and left bald spots on the sides. absolutely disappointed .

Izzy did a great job cutting my hair. I am very particular about my haircuts and I will be going back to see Izzy for my next one!

This place is clean. I just wish they didnt change personal so often. Seems like just when you find someone that cuts your hair right they move on. But this shop is in a busy shopping center next to AAA auto insurance.
