My only complaint is they will not mail you proof of insurance and its sometimes iffy if they email you a confirmation of payment. But no ones ever been rude to me, I appreciate that.

Worst Ever when it comes to Claims. Still waiting 2 Full weeks just to get a rental car. Took so many deductions off value of my car that they were in Negatives on valuation. And wanted me to pay out of pocket for rental car. Also wanted me to pay a large sum of money so they could SELL my car but they dont own it.

Hard to get someone live but when you do there are great, customer service wise.

Great prices but there are always different employees working here, but lately the last employee i have seen is to lazy dont even want to help always says his system is down and gives me a number will they dont help either . I been paying for a car i dont use but they cant even help me remove it, hope corporate will come see how they treat customers. havent had this fix since last month !
