Premium kept increasing for no reason even though you have a clean driving record, no accidents. Incredible these people. Hope I dont go back there anymore.

I used to be an Allstate customer in Indiana and overall it wasnt bad, but nothing notable. I moved away from Allstate for many years and just recently came back after the purchase of a new vehicle. The value compared to what we were paying at another insurance provider was great.Sadly I had to use the insurance much quicker than I had planned and the new car was involved in an accident.The main-support people were helpful as well, but everyone in Brians office I spoke to nice, willing to help and answered all my questions if I was unsure about something.

Lies and rudeness that is A L L I have received with this insurance agent. Absolutely distasteful and upsetting that I trust them with protecting my cars and home. If I could give any one advise, it would be to run as far away from this agency. Leticia (the general manager) gives out lies and the main lady you will contact when you call the office is nothing but rude. I can only imagine what would have happened if I did have to put in a claim.
