Chris (Day) went above and beyond to help us find our apartment. We are moving to Austin from out of state and did not have time to come physically look at any apartments. I came to Meghann (assistant manager) at Apartment Experts with a rush to find somewhere to live in San Antonio, moving from San Marcos. I was offered a job in San Antonio and had less than two weeks to get moved. Meghann was extremely helpful from START to FINISH. I emphasize those words because many apartment locators have no follow-through - they simply won’t put in the effort all the way to the finish line. Meghann worked hard on my behalf, researching, calling complexes, setting up tours, checking in with me, etc., all the way until today when I got my lease to sign. Even though San Antonio wasn’t the norm for Meghann, she still worked hard and did what she could to make sure I was taken care of there. It’s nice having someone helping you who genuinely cares.
