I like going in the dollar store it has some pretty nice stuff but you have to watch your prices like everything else so its pretty good

99 Cents is an amazing place, is perfect to save money in essential items.

When this 99 Cents store moved into our local shopping center we were concerned about losing a grocery store, well we did not need to be. This 99 Cents store has a good selection of grocery items and a freezer case as well as party supplies and all the items one finds at dollar stores.Nice clean store, wide aisles, accessible entrance, lots of easy access parking. San Luis Obispo is a bit odd that we seem to have very upscale dollar stores, and this is another one. They even had plants and pots on sale the day we stopped by.

Lots of cool stuff from frozen food, veggies, kitchen, bath, automotive, pets, kids, home decor, you name it they might have it. Well stocked store, staff are helpful and the check out clerks. Store is also clean . Employees wear their masks and clean all surfaces including carts.

This store has much to offer...It stocks a little something of everything from wrapping paper and party favors to its really nice selection of fresh veggies at very reasonable prices!It offers cold case items as well as a wide array personal items and over the counter medications...The store also seems to stock nice seasonal items, too.But not everything is 99 cents, so pay attention to the price so as not to be surprised at checkout!!!The only part of my latest visit, which could have been better was checking out.The line was long and there was only one person to serve everyone who wanted to pay for their goods!!!

5 stars for vegetables. Always $$ cheaper than any other store. Cleaning products good deals to. To be honest the Chinese cell phone accessories. Cords, chargers ECT. No good. 0 stars. Theres reason they are 99c.

Surprisingly nice selection & service for this type of place. Great deals on toothpaste & canned food. Lots of odds & ends that you will be motivated to buy. Can walk out with $50 of stuff.

I visit the store on Madonna in San Luis Obispo . The fresh produce is my favorite part. I go all the way to this store even though it’s farther because it’s clean and the people are so nice and helpful.

Dirty & poorly lit, and -in spite of what the name implies- not everything is 99 cents. That is not clearly indicated on many items.They are, however, walking distance from a lot of students residences; they have a good grocery section and reasonably good ?fresh? produce.

I have to give it five stars because this place is the biggest 99 cent store on the central coast with a very large produce section. There freezer section is large too. All kinds of deals are all over this store. Theres also lots of toys and random things. I enjoy going through this place. Lots of cookies and hostess stuff too. You spend 20 bucks in here and you Wil come out with a coiple of full bags

Great bargains but I would rather go to a Dollar Tree since everything there is 1 dollar or less. For some reason the 99 cent stores do not follow the same philosophy and they have things for more than 1 dollar

This is a big dollar store with lots of stuff. We just spent 30 dollars here and got plenty of Disney Frozen birthday decorations for my daughters 5th birthday.

If youre a college student, shop here first before going to another store because they definitely have the cheapest prices on a lot of the stuff you need. Its a big store and theres a bus stop right by.

Not impressed with selection or value here compared to Dollar Tree. Some items are more expensive than at Wal-Mart. Name of store is misleading, too: they have items priced at $1. 99, 2.99, etc.
