Traveling and needed a good laundromat. Found one at Broad St Laundromat!! Great location and everything you need, detergent, coins, etc. New owners are really helpful and they told me they are updating this one and Parker St Laundromat.

Lots of machines. Plenty of floor space to be socially distant. Clean inside. Folding tables at end of each aisle. Decent parking lot size. No issues!

It’s a laundromat with a lot of machines. There is a coin change machine as soon as you walk in to the right. The cheapest small washer load is $3.00. There was no employee that I saw when I was there. Not everyone wears a mask either. Nothing special, machines work.

Great location, nice staff, however I was a bit disappointed when they had a special fee for a bedspread rather than the typical price per pound fee they advertised on their window. Also, the building is a bit old and falling apart could use a refresh.

Poor customer service as well as major lack of social skills, when a customer asks a question, acting inconvenienced by someone willing to pay money for the service you offer is pretty disappointing..

This is a chill laundromat, the prices are totally fair, the young lady behind the counter was friendly and smiled. The dryers here kick butt, they obviously keep them lint free. Will go here again if Im forced to use a laundromat. Thanks!

The best place to wash and dry my clothes, and if I am strapped for time they have a great fluff and fold. Very friendly staff.

I left my laundry there overnight by accident period the next day went there to try and retrieve it it was gone. They have cameras there and they were not willing to view them and see who took my clothes. Thats the reason I am giving this rating one star other than that the washers are good I suppose and the big giant dryers probably the best driver they have and the folding service who knows how that is all I know is it wouldnt help me its actually kind of expensive

They do a great job

We take full advantage of their wash and fold service. We drop off the laundry when the hamper gets full and pick up when its done. The turnaround is usually the same day or, at the latest, next day. Every single person that works there has been friendly and courteous. The only downside to this wonderful laundromat is that now weve become spoiled and I dont even remember how to do laundry anymore.

I came here based off of reviews, clearly they are all false. The facility is not clean, the machines are not in great condition it is way over priced and during my visit there were two sketch ball dudes preparing some drug at the table across from mine. I felt very uncomfortable. I gave one star because nothing wasnt an option. Im sure this review will get erased but if atleast one person reads this then I saved someone the trouble

Machines are quick to finish and also do a good job. Change machine is present along with some pinball machine too. Youll be done in an hour and a half.

Very weird people outside going up to people in there cars, dirty inside and the lady working there was not friendly, quite rude actually. Never doing my laundry here again.....

You get service there its always somebody there to help and it pretty much stays clean

Wash and fold was done well but the service was really unfriendly I never got a call back that my stuff was done and she acted so busy and said I hope you dont expect to get this today. I said nope you tell me when and Ill be here. I waited a couple days and I even felt uncomfortable coming back to get my stuff. I hope my washer never goes out again.
