Its like any other unattended laundromat. Its a cash cow. The machines usually work here, or I wouldnt come back.

Great place, quiet never packed. Clean place, working machines and change maker. Love the Baywood area, especially Monday afternoon. Do your laundry, and visit Farmers market.

Washed my clothes and when I got them out they were covered on hair never got it all out and its all over my house I lived in the bay area and have never saw any place in Oakland ca.that was a dirty as this place is the city should make them clean or close yuk.ill never forget that amount of hair in all my close nasty

Increasing problems with their washers and dryers. Washers: no water during wash, no drain after each cycle, rejects coins, leaks due to bad door seals. Dryers-trips during cycle, loss of heat during cycle, doors dont close enough to start cycle. Dont even try to leave a note about problems-never get a reply. Takes a long time to get refund after calling.

The washers and Dryers are every old and rundown. At $10 bucks for two small loads seemed pricey. Dryers very inefficient. First and last time

Not as clean as Launderosa. Seemed more expensive too. Wont be going back.
