Horrible service, been there 3 times each time something wrong with my car, first time screw in my tire, second time they had the wrong vin number tried to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about because they sell 2006 cars in 2005 Ishould know after 16 years my car is not 2006. 3rd time a lug nut is missing from my tire and they wont replace it wanted me to pay 10 dollars. Never going back there again. They made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about, because Im a woman.

Lately the quality of the customer service has degraded. They used to have a receptionist but no anymore now as a customer you have to wait until one of the mechanics has time to take care of you. I requested change a rim and a tire and I have for lifetime alignment every time I bring my car and when I pick it up they said we didn’t do because you didn’t tell us but they have all the info in their files and the person just said if you want that you have to bring it back with appointment

I noticed my front drivers side tire was low and the check tire pressure light was on. I called to see if they could take a look at it and they asked me to come in within the next 15-20 minutes. The staff checked my tire, found 2 nails, but no damage to the tire. They didnt charge me for the service and let me know that if I contacted to have problems with the tire I would have replace it. Its nice to know that there are still honest tire service providers. Specially during this difficult time.

Jeremy is the manager at this WheelWorks near Marina Square and he is personable and thorough.There is a courtesy k cup coffee machine and water bottles.This place has a good vibe but is a little small. You almost have to go to Marina Sq. Be prepared to shop... Or eat ... when going there for service.

Brought brand new rims and tires to these folks. I was warned about the pretty rims getting scratched a bit, but I decided to let them work on em.Hector did a perfect job, it was done timely and for an excellent rate. This is my new tire mounting spot. Much love.

Frustrating experience. I got 12,000 miles on 70,000 tires. Various possible causes. I was told they would research and call me on this They never called. When I called them it felt like they were trying to make a case that this was my responsibility but the reality was much murkier. They offered to “do me a solid” and inspect suspension for free instead of charging $40. The inspection seemed like a reasonable idea to get to the bottom of the situation but I checked with other stores and found there was a company-wide promotion for this inspection (and a series of others also included) for only $10. So the free inspection wasn’t so a big favor after all. Overall I was left with the sense that these guys were not so reliable and trustworthy. I’d suggest going elsewhere.

They were very fast effective performed service far faster than the dealer ship. Good experience. My only request is where seating is put some form of shade from the sun a bit hot in that regard. Totally satisfied.

Just having problems with tire deflating biweekly to whom i purchase them from.The agents assure me its the cold weather at nite and not a small toll bridge that i use to travel weekly but now 1/2 times a week. Live around water.

“Today, I arrived at the Wheel Works on Marina Blvd. in San Leandro at 11:45. I had a 12:00 appointment and the time now is 5:15pm. I came in for a brake inspection and tire rotation. I am having the front brakes replaced, and hopefully the tires will still be rotated. I will NEVER CMOE BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!”

Ive been going to this place for years. The previous manager (I was just informed he isnt at this location anymore) was very helpful in the past, but I just found out that he wasnt suggesting an important check. Being that Im not an expert in the tire field, I take what is suggested by the staff and follow them. Tire rotation every 5k miles? Check. I just brought my car to a different location for the 5k rotation and was told that they couldnt do it because the inner tires (3) are bare due to the fact that Ive never gotten an alignment. What? I do everything I can to maximize the life of my tires. This is why I show up every 5k miles. I was informed that it is supposed to be done when the tires are installed and every 6-12 months thereafter (depending on how much you drive). It was never suggested and it was never done on the install according to the computer.I now have to purchase new tires minus the warranty discount because they were only halfway through their life. I called Marina and no one could explain why it was never done and never suggested. Nor did they offer a resolution to the fact Im having to replace my tires due to this oversight.I suggest you ask them to check the alignment every time you are there since it is free for them to check. Dont learn the hard way like me. Other than the costly mistake, Ive been happy with the company overall.

These guys are always on top of it. We used to go to the one on Lewelling, but after the worst customer service Id ever had in my entire life, which happened right in front of the whole lobby (which was full of people whos cars were also hours late getting out), we switched to the Marina Wheel Works and are so glad we did! Theyre fast and friendly, and its always a pleasant experience.

They dented all four hub caps and didnt say a word about the damage, just let me drive away. Tire installation was done without care so all 4 tires leaked air. I WOULDNT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO TOUCH MY VEHICLE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. BUYER BEWARE. And their district manager was very rude and unprofessional with me.

This place is absolutely awful. Twice I have had tires shipped from Tire Rack to them.(1) Most recently, after selecting them as an installer, Tire Rack emailed Wheel Works with the order confirmation, which they apparently did not read. Only when I called them to schedule installation (after the tires had been delivered) did they inform me that THEY CANNOT BALANCE THE TIRES I ORDERED. They refused to (a) ship the tires to another Wheel Works location; (b) return the tires on my behalf. They essentially gave me the choice between going to pick up 4 tires in my own car, and driving an unsafe vehicle.(2) I made an appointment for 9AM with them for tire install, yet when I got there I still had to wait OVER TWO HOURS for install. 90% of the time my car was not on the lift-- what is the point of an appointment?

I went to this location for oil change and to check my tire. Promised me that my car will be ready in 2 hrs. I went back and my car was not done yet. I noticed my car was park with a DING on the side. Told me to wait again for an hour. Terrible service & will not comeback.

In from out of town. Wheel Works diagnosed some non-urgent problems. Decided to get it fixed when I get back home. Still didnt charge me for diagnostic time. Great service, friendly staff.

Set up appointment to get tires rotated and balanced. Went in and was told by manager that car will be done by end of day. When I asked about my appointment time he stated that an appointment only guaranteed that they would work on car on that day. I was outraged. I will never purchase from this place again.

The worst experience ever!!! I took my 2008 Suzuki XL7 for a simple diagnostic test which is a service they offer and they fry my entire computer system! I took my car in for something that should have taken an hour and had to wait for 2 1/2 weeks to get it back because they had to tow it to the Suzuki dealership because they couldnt fix it. How do you take a running car into the shop and a few hours later hear that your car is completely dead??? Absolutely ridiculous! The worst part is that they never once apologized for frying my computer or even taking so long to fix it! I just got my car back last week and Im back to square one because the engine light is back on and they didnt even get a chance to run the diagnostic test, so Im out two weeks still with a car that has the same problem it did two weeks ago. WASTE OF TIME and HORRIBLE customer service!!! Stick to tire services only!

Quickly fixed a wheel valve that was leaking that was not caught when the new set of tires was installed a few weeks earlier. This resulted in my having to fill the tire every 3 to 4 days before I could make it back in to be repaired.

They had a few people before us but still less than 4 hours out.
