Worst experience ever. Crooks. A scam. Do not go here. As others have mentioned the owner is unprofessional and non communicative. I wish I had read reviews before taking my car here. I brought my truck in for a tune up before a long road trip with my family. He said it needed a major tune up and replace belts and water pump. Im good to invest money in our safety. 800 bucks, says he wants me to pay cash (red flag?) He says it would be done in a few weeks and I call him after that many times and no answer. Finally call from my wifes phone and he answers to tell me he didnt finish the work as agreed three days before we leave. He says he can get part of it done the next day and I can pick it up Wednesday. I get there Wednesday and not only is he nowhere to be found, but they LOST my KEYS. Had to call a locksmith to get it deleted for 280 bucks so we can get on the road the next day, still no response from him after many calls. During that time I find that the camper has food, clothes and things that arent ours in it and cigarettes smoked everywhere( we dont smoke)At least I had my truck right? Still no answer from Paul. 5 miles later the head gasket blows and i have to tow it home. Later that night he returns my call after I tell him Im going to sue him and he says he will be over at 8am to check it out. Guess what... no one came. Around 7pm that night he sends his employee over, same guy that couldnt find my keys and the guy is stoned af. Not that I care that much what people do but when he confirms my head gasket is blown and that I did not bring it in with that problem I have to wonder how high the people working on my car were. Its been 5 days and still no communication from the owner. Im looking to file a class action lawsuit, and everyone else here that has been scammed please reach out. I have documented the entire process. This is criminal and people that cheat others out of their hard earned money have no right to be in business.

One star is probably too many. Looking at the pictures of this shop on the website and comparing what Ive seen. I wondering what shop is being advertised in these pictures. This shop in Hayward has no lifts, inadequate tools for their employees to do the job. No greeting to the customers.... why would anyone want to use this so called mobile service?

I have a 2000 Honda Accord that wasnt starting due to the Main Relay which is under the steering wheel. The car wasnt turning over, just all the lights on the dashboard would come on. I called Master Mobile Mechanics with a short notice and he came on a holiday to fix my car. Now the car is running normal just like it was before the old main relay had went out. The pricing was also reasonable as well, I would recommended this mechanic if anything is needed to be replaced or fixed on your car - He will get the job done !!!

My brother told me about this auto mechanic. Master Mobile Mechanics was very approachable and knowledgeable. Their techs took care of the oil changes on the same day and they gave me really good advices how to take care of my car. I will definitely go back

I’m not a fan of the automatic gearboxes, and have always driven manual. I noticed that my old Ford has problems when I’m shifting gears. Honestly, I didn’t want to take the chance and drive to a mechanic shop. Thank God I found this company. The guy came straight to my location, fully equipped and everything. He quickly inspected the vehicle, and gave me options: change the gearbox or repair the current one. I’m kind of broke lately, so I went with the repair. It’s been two months now and everything is working great!

One star is too many, but nothing lower. Poor service. I read the mixed reviews and thought I would give benefit of the doubt. Called on a Saturday to inquire about mobile service. Cancelled with dealership and followed up as promised to book my appt. with Paul. He confirmed for the following Saturday via text then on Saturday did NOT show up. He did not call to update or say he was running late or not coming. Even after I outreached to find out if there was a problem. Nothing.Very unprofessional 😕However, I must say I am grateful to learn this upfront. I would NOT recommend this business!

I would say I love how this person came out, and helped me at the time it was needed, but he lied about EVERYTHING. This man had no idea what was wrong with my car ... his diagnostics was all the way off ... so with the wrong information.. I spent money on the wrong thing... I would HONESTLY say go and look else where.. I spent 80 for this person to give me wrong information. I am truly upset that I spent over 200 for parts and pieces that I didnt even need. I could have spent less than 100, if I would have went to the shop to get my car looked at . I am VERY upset... but I guess.. GO LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!! IM DEAD ASS SERIOUS!

I called to see if he had an appointment to change a battery and he stated yea he did and would stop by and change it. This was at 11am at 4pm I text him and no reply. If you could not do it you should have said you did not have the time available. He should get no stars but had to put one. But he gets a zero.

It might have been too late for a mobile maintenance request but my car was making weird noises. I had it checked and decided that the quote was fair. I took advantage of the offer and I feel like this old car has never been in a better condition. Thank you!

I was desperate in finding a mobile mechanic without doing research and so I stumbled across this company. What really stood out is that the owner of this company isnt professional as if its some type of scam. 1. These people never pick up your calls for when you need them 2. If the job isnt done the first time they tell you that younget some type of 3 month warranty on the installation that they do which is a lie because they will avoid you at all possible cause. I was a victim of this.... I wouldnt even waist your time and money... the job wasnt even done right the first time around and you get no receipt!!!! For the work being done.... they dont want to work for free to fix something they didnt do right the first time around.

The owner Paul is extremely unprofessional Horrible service, extremely hood. Every body high, wrong diagnosis, the owner bring his kids running around they have 10 different people working on your car not reliable. I felt with them 1 and had to go through all these things don’t waste you time. Just Horrible

Theyre honest, fair, and darn good mechanics. And got the bezt prices around.

They suck. I worked for them for a week. they harnessed me. They were supposed to pay me my money and they jept lagging. I had to call them from a different number they finally answered. The owner and tge wife were harrasing me. They never paid me my money. The workers are mostly smoking or hung over. They do not know what they are doing. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional.

Well you really dont even deserve (1) one star.Paul was called and spoke to at 1100am, he set up an appt. I texted him at 1142am he replied at 1239pm, however he nor anyone ever showed up not even a phone nor text back. So sad, check my cameras to make sure, yep nothing. However, if you respond like this lets me know your mobile mechanics arent the best. Had to go else wise maybe you were intimidated by my knowledge. Dont call these people. What a shame that you and your company have no respect for your customers.

Price quoted not same as what charge was going to be for the part. I almost went through with the job as I was in a bind but they couldn’t even get a time right for work to start. Over an hour late then “mechanic” didn’t have part even though he said he did and was “12 minutes away”. What he didn’t say was he was still going to get the part and more than an hour away making more than 2.5 hours late. Horrible customer service and bait switch on pricing.
