Currently training here and love the place, people, culture, and the art. Ivan, Yoko, Fernando, and Alex are the best and I’m happy to call this place home. I highly recommend.

Great gym that teaches Muay Thai with some of the best instructors in the bay area.

All the trainers are great, but some of the veteran students arent very welcoming, they only stick to the people they already know. Would not recommend to anyone trying to build relationships at this gym.

Yoko, Ivan, and all of the staff as well as the students are genuinely great people with whom I share many fond memories with. You wont regret taking any of their classes. As ALL of the people who train at Maesh are world renowned athletes. #champions

I love this Meaesh. Since the moment that you ask for information, youll notice theres only good energy at this place. The instructors​ are very qualified, professional, and nice. The place is clean and the owners are always trying to keep the place in optimal conditions.

If you want to learn Mauy Thai from dedicated, passionate, and caring instructors this is the place to go! Ivan and Yoko teach what they love and the produce winners.. people who win fights, people who lose weight, people change there lives for the better. I highly recommend it.

Started this month. Im a beginner, but everyone is helpful and humble. Im glad I found this gym. The coaches have motivated me to progress and I like the classes so much I try to go to as many as possible.

I love Maesh Striking Arts as a whole from the instructors to the students its a all around positive growing and healthy environment for anyone serious about getting into shape or martial arts from Muay Thai, BJJ, boxing and or conditioning they have it here. I am very happy and blessed to call Maesh my family and home I would absolutely recommend anyone.
