I bought a car (2005 Honda Civic) from here in April that has had constant issues since I purchased it. Its had radiator issues, tires that blew out on the freeway, engine issues, and now problems with the coolant system that wont seem to go away. I paid a high price for it thinking I was buying a low-mileage car that would be reliable, but that has been far from the case. On purchase, it had 86k miles on it - remarkably low for a 2005 vehicle. I asked the salesman if it was on its second engine, to which he responded no; however, my mechanic who has done work on the car on almost a biweekly basis for the past months told me its likely its on its second. This means that I purchased a car whose parts have had the wear of however many miles were on the first engine plus the 86k that were on the second. Obviously, I was misled.Its looking like Ill have to sell this vehicle only a few months after purchase because a car I thought would be reliable has turned into a headache and a money pit. I would not expect longevity or reliability of any of the cars on their lot and would strongly recommend staying away.

Very awful customer service from management. Besides the manager not wearing a mask inside the office while helping customers. The person helping us had very poor car sales knowledge. There were three people not following COVID guidelines. They didnt return the copies of my personal information to me. The manager just walked away with it. I had to add a star to post my comment.

Looking for a car- My first stop of the day. No hassle shopping. Needed something affordable and low mileage. Saw a lot of cars that interested me. Sent for a car representative. His name is George Richardson. He was kind, honest and had my best interest in mind. I found a car, they reduced the price, and cut a few corners of cost without me asking. Carfax good, car nice, and I drove away as a happy customer... Thank Mr. Richardson! Oh, the entire staff are down to earth..🚘.So the beginning was good; if there’s a problem, I will follow up with this review and BBB.Got a warranty though, so I should be ok... Will check back in...

Bunch of scammers. I called them to double check that they still have the car I saw online and they said yes, but after driving from Modesto [90mins drive] to their dealership, they didn’t have the car. Their excuse was that they forgot to remove it from their website. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Dishonest. Concealed from me that the car they were sold me had been in a serious accident. They played it down as “minor, cosmetic damage” when in fact it was serious structural damage. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

About 2 months ago I inquired about an Audi S4. First thing the sales rep asks me is if Id pay cash or finance it. Great start. I respond Id like to see the car first to decide if Id want to buy it or not and then chose my preference on the payment. I come in to take a look at the car. During the test drive, the guy wouldnt stop talking my ear off about how great this car was, look at the moonroof here, listen to the sound there, dont the Germans know to build great cars, ... theres a difference between a helpful salesman and a salesy salesman. Anyways, back inside the dealership, first thing he says is were a one price dealership. I dont know if thats a new thing, but I havent heard of non negotiable prices at an independent car dealership before. I should maybe also mention that just the night before I had my test drive scheduled, they bumped up the price $1,000. When asked about it the sales rep responded the previous owner probably did that. Wait what? The same previous owner who doesnt own the car anymore cause he sold it to you months ago? Whatever... I make my offer, the sales rep tells me that for that price Id need to look at Craigslist. Well that escalated quickly. Fine, I leave. Last week I call again to see whether the car was still there. They just sold it for less than what I had offered. What a fail.

Over all great experience. Thank you Bay city motors and Paula who was very helpful. She took the time to help me find the right vehicle and was also very informative and patient. My family and I were very pleased we ended up obtain 5 more cars after I got my Ford Fusion. Once again thank you Paula for all your help we will see you soon.

Paula was excellent! I was instantly greeted when i came to the lot. Paula showed me all the cares that i came to see. After about 30 min, i decided to test drive a 2005 Ford Focus. The car was great considering the year and price. Once we got back from the test drive i was able to buy the car and leave all in 30 min. Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend Bay City Motors!

I found a great car at this dealership for a really good price. The process was quick which was awesome. I felt I was taken care of, I felt like they wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The showed me some options for financing and it was explained to me the benefits of financing versus the benefits of just buying it outright. Bay City Motors is the first place we shop when were in need of a quality used car/truck at a fair price. We bought a Chevy 1500 truck first, through Amy, and it was THE best truck. A few years later we gave the truck to a family member and came back to upgrade to a Chevy 2500, which has been AMAZING. It pulls our 5th wheel everywhere.This week, we returned and bought a really nice 2010 Acura TL from Paula. Loving it!We also brought our friend John there, and he bought 3 vehicles from them as well.Their staff is very friendly, easy to work with, and I think they know their stuff when purchasing their stock.Tip: We look on their website first, because the price for the same car/truck has been thousands less.

Called to ask for a test drive of one of their more high end cars and the person the phone treated me like I didn’t have enough money for it when I was planning to pay cash. Rude sales men with horrible sale techniques.

Before you agree to anything please take the car to a mechanic and have it checked. I purchased a vehicle from them and literally 1 month to the day, the motor dropped a valve blowing the engine. The car now requires a new engine even though they advertised the car as in perfect running condition, no mechanical issues and like a new car because it was so well taken care of. I understand that, that is the risk you take buying a used car but I am now paying for a car that is not worth half of what I am stuck paying for it. Selling vehicles like this to unsuspecting clients, I am honestly surprised they have not been shut down and I as well will be reporting them to the BBB.

I generally dislike used cars dealerships, it feels like there’s always some kind of scam going on or they try to sell you a bad car and salespeople are pushy, but not here. I was pleasantly surprised to see a very professional and friendly team, who try to accommodate your desires and needs and not just sell you any expensive car on the lot. I was even able to bring down the price and get a discount!

They post wrong information about their cars. They are not honest people

I was in the market for a used vehicle for some time. I visited many used car dealerships, but it was always the same problem - high price or bad vehicle condition/problems. I actually considered buying a new car in the end, but then I came across Bay City Motors (recommended by a colleague) and was pleasantly surprised to find cars in great shape for the right price. In the end, I drove out with my car (Audi A4). I am very happy with it so far, and I get lots of compliments. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Bay City Motors. I dealt with Ulysses, Ben and George and they are great guys. The vehicle is terrific and I recommend them without reservation. If they have a car you are interested in, you owe it to yourself to meet with them. I think youll be glad you did.

So many trucks to choose from, they had a couple that would work for what I needed. Went in and spoke with Paula. She was able to explain the differences in the trucks and from that I was able to narrow down to one. Went on a test drive, it ran wonderfully. I was very happy that it did. We were able to come to an agreement on the price and I purchased and left with a nice truck to help me with my work.

I appreciate all of the help these people offered me. I really didn’t think I could get a car with the credit score I have, but I went in anyway. I gave them my information and they were able to go to work with a bank and I ended up being able to get a car. They needed some extra paperwork but no problem, I could get a car! I am so happy, I actually got a good car for a pretty good price and now my life is a lot easier

Not sure why there are bad reviews. I bought a car from them 2 years ago and still love it every day. I went here the other day and had a very nice experience again. I test drove a couple if trucks. The salesman helping me, Ben, was great. He was very professional yet down to earth kind of guy, no BS. I am still shopping around but will probably end up buying a car from them again.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents (They arent tech savvy). They went to Bay City Motors where they have purchased two vehicles there before and had great experiences. This time was no exception. George Richardson helped them even though they werent sure what they were looking for or even sure they were going to buy. He was more than happy to help even though it wasnt a sure shot. He was not pushy and very patient with them. They ended up purchasing a very clean car at a good price. They extended the warranty for them and they would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle at low prices with great customer service!

This place has so many cars, and the prices are so low. They really have good customer service, very friendly staff. Ive been looking for a few weeks and this dealership kept coming up in my searches online. So when I went in I had a certain car in mind and I was able to test drive and purchase the car the same day. It was very easy.

On Xmas eve I was out shopping for gifts and spotted a nice black on black Mercedes Benz on the lot of Bay City motors. We talked about a firm price and then he introduced me to his finance manger Jay. I was always introduce to his sales manger Ben and the the VP Mark .S. After meeting all of the nice people at Bay City motors it was very easy to make my decision on signing for the car ....I will be back for another car when time permitts

My salesperson George was very straight and to the point which i appreciated very much. George told me exactly what was going to happen, exactly what i needed to get my loan so i could have the car i wanted. and he was right and now i have the car i wanted, its a great car it runs perfectly and its all thanks to George.

Can’t say I found anything negative about the service and dealership. Salesmen and women were very friendly, big inventory, decent prices and you can bargain a bit. Purchased Mercedes-Benz C-class, even though it’s not new, it is exceptionally clean and I haven’t encountered any mechanical problems thus far. Overall, comparing all the used car dealerships, I’d give this one 5 stars.

Jaime sold me a great car, it runs great, it was under my budget, and the customer service was great. The process wasn’t too long, but it might have felt faster than it was just because I was so excited to get this car. Again, all thanks to Jaime for getting me down to the dealership to see it, he was right I loved it as soon as I drove it.

After viewing few cars on my budget I can say non of them get close to my heart, he told me if only you can increase your budget for 1 thousand, first thing in my mind sure and you can make more money :) but some how I agreed, and he was right add 1k and cars get better twice! Purchased a car from here, didn’t even make it home 20 minutes away. When I test drove I mentioned it was misfiring and they said it would be fixed when it was collected. It wasn’t. I asked for a refund but they said once it’s purchased it’s no longer their problem after the sale goes through. 3 months later the car is completely dead. Please shop elsewhere, not because of my faulty car, but how they handled the problem.

I really appreciate how these people helped me. I needed a bigger car for my growing family. I went in and they showed me a few options after I described what I was looking for. One of the SUV’s interested me more than the others. We went on a test drive and I knew I wanted this car. I was concerned about being able to finance. But they worked with me and found me a good rate now I have a car that is reliable and big enough for my family.

I think everyone assumes the same thing about used car business, that they can be sleezy and uncaring. I did not get that impression from this place at all. i worked with Amy as my salesperson and she was great. she really made me believe i was taken care of. she explained everything very well and took me step by step through the process and i really feel i got a great deal. The website was easy to use, they were very friendly on the phone, they let me know everything I would need in order to finance the car I wanted, I was able to fill out the credit application online to shorten the amount of time I would have to be there, knowledgeable staff, and friendly customer service. The car I ended up getting is wonderful, exactly what I needed to get around, I am super happy with my purchase.

Looked like the only used car dealership on the marina auto mall. Varied selection. Large section of sedans. Friendly and helpful staff. Amy was my sales person. She walked me through the process, got to go on a pressure free test drive. I didn’t like the first one and they let me try another. It really felt like she wanted me to be happy. Thank you Amy for helping me with everything. I had no idea how much information they needed to finance the car. But I was able to get everything together and now I have a really nice and reliable car.

I would recommend coming to this place before going any where else when looking for a used car. They just have such nice cars for the prices. We have been looking for so long, at least it felt like a very long time. Its hard to keep looking when you keep getting disappointed. This place did not disappoint. Finding a used car for a reasonable price is hard, it took a long time to come to an agreement with my spouse. There were cars I liked but they didnt like, the opposite occurred as well. We finally had to narrow down our search to a specific type of car and what our budget would be. So finally it became a little easier to show each other options. I found this place online and asked my spouse to go to the website and look around. There were a couple that fit the type and budget. We went in and finally agreed on one. I was just so relieved that we could agree. The paperwork flew by and we finally had a car that we do desperately needed.

I think the sales staff were professional, they handled my paperwork quickly, and got me into the car I wanted with almost no fuss. I found one of their ads online for a car ive been looking for and called in to make sure the car was still available. They were very easy to talk to and it made me even more excited to see it and test drive it. Like I said before everything went very quickly after we came to an agreement on the price. No complaints!

I have never had a dealer ask me for cash upfront before even seeing the car I wanted in person.Red flag Especially when car buying is already so expensive. The car we bought my son has a multitude of problems and their attitude is its not their problem, its yours. Read the other reviews on here for proof! They dont care about anything but taking your money and selling you a car that can run long enough for you to take it home. If you want to waste your hard earned cash, be my guest. My poor kiddo is out of a car and a nice chunk of money.

Run away from them!Had nothing but issues with the car that I bought 3 months ago! Already put in $2000 in reparation to try to fix it.When I bought the car engine light turned on, and all the salesman told me was to drive the car and that it will get off... How ridiculous is that? After pushing them they took it back to fix it, told me they did and a week later engine light turned on again. Tire pressure went low, had to replace then the front tires. Unfortunately that was only the beginning.Trying to sell the car now already after 3 months... So much money lost in it. Thank you

Good prices, excellent customer service. I was in the market for a used SUV, one with 3 rows. Harder to find one with a price I could work with. Ended up doing a search online and found this dealer. Called them to ask about a few suv’s that I was interested in. They told me to come in and drive them to see if I liked them. Ended up buying one the same day.

These guys sold a used car to my boyfriend last November, promising that everything was in tip top shape.A month later, he had to pay $900 for repairs to the brakes.According to our mechanic - they used the the completely wrong size. He tried to get in touch with them, but they never followed up. When he did finally manage to get a meeting with the manager, he asked why didnt he wait to let their mechanic repair it. Yes, he should stop commuting to work and wait months for them to finally suggest that their mechanic who couldnt even install brakes properly to fix it.On top of that, they requested a review on their yelp page. My boyfriend wrote a well-informed, 1 star review which was taken off of Yelp, ever wonder why they have so many 5 star and 1 star reviews? Do not go here.Update: 2 years later and I just noticed their claim Im a trash talking competitor. Nice try, I still wouldnt touch a car you breathed on.

The car ran great and it had a very good price tag. I cant thank this staff enough for getting me into this car.

This place is clean and the sales people are friendly. They know what they are talking about and they have really good prices. I did end up buying a car from them for my daughter who is graduating. I know she will love it, it is clean and sporty and will get good gas mileage.

Before you sign anything have them show you maintenance records and car fax report! I shouldve read the reviews before opening anything with these people. Yes theyre local but I much rather go way further out to avoid Bay City Motors. I took our car in for a transmission issue and Ben forced us to go elsewhere! I was already suspicious the car we had just bought had something wrong and was furious when it left my daughter stranded on a congested freeway!! The service department is FULL OF IT and just wanted to upsell me on services I didnt even need. I will never take our car here again!

Found 3 trucks in one place! I was given the responsibility of finding 2 trucks to replace the deal and wrecked pickups from our company fleet. I was given a $20k budget to pickup 2 trucks. One of them had to be a heavy duty diesel for towing over 10k lbs and a run around 1/2 ton. When we saw the trucks and prices on the internet we thought there was a catch. Once we got their dealership in person, it was true! I ended up buying 3 trucks (originally only needed 2 minimum) and spend $1,000 less then our 2 truck budget out the door for 3 very nice trucks. The owner of the company wanted the 4x4 extra cab Ford for his kid! Excellent value, these guys know their trucks and we will be back for more, already placed an order for a utility truck with Bay City Motors. We will be back.

Avoid this place like the plague!! They only care about sales they dont give a damn about their customers or even potential ones. They will purposely sell you a lemon at an astronomical price. Just like they did me!!! The repairs Ive put into my SUV are almost as much as I put for a down payment Plus I paid a deposit to hold the truck which is just pathetic

Definition of shady. I was lied to at every turn, misled when asked direct questions. The manager refused to cover necessary repairs and instead offered to ‘fill up the tank’. Salespeople were disorganized and didn’t communicate, had no knowledge of the car, and pushed hard telling me the car was basically a dream and they never driven anything so fast. Pathetic. Worst of all the voice and tone he used was excruciating- lying about how they could barley pull a profit (factually incorrect, I found the former owner and know their cost) buttering me up saying I could be a salesman because I was so influential (again, he refused to cover defects noted by a mechanic safety test) and epitomizing the oily used car salesman at every turn.Despite all this I was still ready to buy the car for the highest kbb value listed- if the necessary small repairs were done. But the sad reality is they’ll find someone less knowledgeable and take advantage of them. It’s a shame people run businesses like this.This is why businesses pay to have honest appraisals removed.

Was looking to get a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee for myself, hate when dealers try to sell you other stuff you dont ask for, but Paula in Bay City Motors was very professional and attentive, so the whole process was fast and pain-free, definitely a place to go for a fast and easy service

I have had a hard time trying to find a car, there are so many options and so many people just trying to take my money. This place is different, it sounds cliché, but they were very nice to me and really helped me out. I worked with joe, he really made me feel good about purchasing a car from this dealership. He pointed me in the right direction, we test drove a couple cars and found one I really felt good about. He offered me the car fax as well, which just gave me more reassurance that this was the right car for me. The car I bought from them still runs great, I am so happy with my purchase.

Bad service. Rude and disorganized sales people. Had me pay for an inspection on a vehicle they already sold to someone else. Worst. They kept me and my 8 year old in the waiting room for 45 minutes while they new owners filled out their paperwork, just in case it fell through. Wasted my time and money. DISHONEST! Mechanics vehicle inspection showed accident they did not report. Never going back. Would not recommend to a friend.

We bought a Ford Edge from them before we got it home the first day it had problems its continue to have problems now we have to take it to a dealership luckily we bought the 12000 mile 12 month warranty cuz it looks like were going to need it. They do not inspect their cars they do not check them over I brought our car home I put brakes on it in the front and rear air filter cabin air filter change oil they are a rip-off and they lie about checking out their cars if I had the money I would sue them. Im a retired mechanic trying to buy the old lady a car I dont have to work on and thats a big fail.

I bought a 2010 BMW from here thinking and being told they have mechanics check the cars top to bottom to ensure that they are dependable vehicles, after purchasing my vehicle I took the car to a mechanic which told me there was a leak in the rack and pinion, which would cost about 2500 bucks. Talking to the dealership though they refused to help repair the car other then saying I can bring an invoice after repair and maybe the owners would help by paying a couple hundred bucks...I have texts between associates and the manager stating I could return the car for a refund which is something I do give them credit for, but my argument with them was what would they do with the car, put it back out on the lot for another person to buy?Be careful purchasing cars from here, the profit they make per vehicle is low (according to thier manager) so this is likely a normal thing they do, put cars they know have massive problems out as mechanic certified vehicles for people who will buy and not have thier vehicles looked at right away.

I like their friendly environment. The sales people werent too pushy and they even provided me a copy of the carfax on the vehicle I was deciding on purchasing. They are straight up honest and provide great service.

This place is great, its clean, conveintly located, and the staff are really helpful. They have so many nice trucks. We have a fairly old one and we needed to upgrade. We found one that would fit our needs pretty quickly and decided to go on a quick test drive. It ran great, yay! Our search was finally over. We were able to finance with a reasonably low rate. We are very happy.

The best car buying experience! My sales person Paula was very knowledgeable and she gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Paula was very patient with me and I didnt feel pressured at all. I felt comfortable with my pur chase the Lexus runs great! Ive now had my car for 3 months and no issues. I bought a warranty, just in case though. It is a used car so you never know. None the less I am satisfied and I will come here first when looking for a vehicle for myself or friends and family members.

This place has good prices for good cars. The prices are a lot lower than most used lots that I looked at. I went in a spoke with amy, she showed me a couple that I saw online and I bought one. The financing was easy, she submitted my paperwork and I was approved and in a car the same day. Super easy. Thank you amy for getting me into a reliable car.

This place is so professional it is so congenial and their fair how they treat people in a friendly base I am very happy I met the sales people and the manager very kind

Far exceeded our expectations! We saw one of their advertised specials but were reluctant on buying from a used car dealership. Paula Sanchez helped us; she is the best! We also had the pleasure of meeting Ben the Manager, what a nice person. After spending days looking at private cars and being disappointed time after time on the condition of these Craigslist vehicles, we could not been happier to see that Bay City Motors their vehicle was just as advertised. In great shape, first owner, always dealer maintained and with Carfax.We were able to work with them on the price and to make it even better, they took it to their mechanic who gave us a brand new battery because installed one was on its way out.Paula, Ben and the Bay City Motors team are a class act, highly recommend them!

The experience there was ok. There was nothing extraordinary BUT we were sold a car that broke down in a month. It needed a new transmission. So disappointed. Never buying there again. Buyers beware!

I got a car from them about 3 months ago An every sense I got it Ive had problems. The second day of having the car my check engine light was on an they sent me over to a guy who was suppose to fix anything wrong with it an he said he did but he didnt because about two days ago the same light has came back on plus my car is overheating, so I took it to a Lexus dealership to get it checked and they told me that the guy didnt do anything but turn the light off which really upset me because I paid too much money to be having an issue with a car I JUST got. The manager (Ben)and employees that work there are very unprofessional and just tell you what you want to hear to get your money. I would not recommend this place to anyone spend your money somewhere else ! Because once they have your money they dont want to help you with anything they dont care if you are having car troubles or anything. They will be hearing from my lawyer soon.

They have such low prices, couldn’t help but to go in and look more closely at the cars. Saw a couple on the lot that I wanted to start up and look a little more closely at. I was helped by Ana, she is very sweet and honest. She handed me the keys to the cars I wanted to start up, they were fairly similar so ana explained the main differences so that I could make a better decision about which one I should continue with. After the explanation she went with me on a test drive. I was in love with the car by the time we got back from the drive. I couldnt wait to buy it and take it home and call it mine.

I came to this dealership to look at 7 different trucks that they had listed on their website. When I got there, only one truck was there. The salesman was not very helpful or friendly and I had to ask him everything about the truck. He seemed like I was wasting his time when I was seriously considering buying a vehicle. When it came time to negotiate, he informed me that they would only give me $3000 Im a trade for my truck that other dealers have offered me $7000 for. I dont recommend this place to anyone and w ont ever shop here again. Its a waste of time.

I trusted Bay City Motors with the car I bought. I also trusted that they would have sent back the cheque we agreed on to my credit union. On June 14, we came to an agreement. That Bay City Motors would return the cheque to my credit union and up todays date they still have not done so. It is CLEAR that Bay City Motors and its staff cannot be TRUSTED. I would never and ever recommend anyone there to do any business. Customers service is so terrible and unprofessional.

I went to Bay City with full intention to buy a used truck. I knew what I was looking for. After a half hour of looking around the lot not a single salesman had approached me. I could see them just looking at me from the air conditioned showroom, too lazy to help. Eventually I left because clearly these people dont care about making a sale. The lot was poorly structured with most the cars having some form of damage. Most were not even priced. A waste of an hour, far better places around the bay for finding a good deal on a used car.

Dont buy their warranties there only good for 2 freakin days when they know they are selling you a lemon. Big waste of money!!! Just started hearing a harsh sound from my engine at start up and at first I chalked it up to colder weather but my car only had 50k when I bought it??.. My car guy 10 yrs tells me its a miracle the thing was still running Scary to think I drove it all the way down to AZ with my family in it..

I was looking for an affordable 4x4 truck and stumbled upon this dealership. They are about 30 miles from my house, but the photos and the truck were exactly what I was looking for. I called them to make sure that the truck was still available and scheduled an appointment. I showed up the next day and was greeted by Ben. First of all, this is not any kind of dealership that I have ever been to; the sales people are totally chill and not pushy. Ben answered all of my questions, took me for a test drive, and arranged financing through a credit union! I didnt even have to go to the DMV as they took care of everything! The entire process took about 1 hour and I was on my way home with my brand new F-150! Couldnt be happier! Ask for Ben!

A few months ago I purchased a truck for my daughter and literally the day after we had it home it developed serious ABS brake issues and error codes stared to show up on the truck dashboard, these issues were a huge safety concern the truck was un-drivable until I had it repaired, which cost over $1000, I contacted the dealer and they were less then helpful stating that I was offered an extended warranty (which was true). During the day we purchased the truck I was told by the sales person how important is was that the vehicles they sell are safe and in good running condition, well I would hope so! But that turned out to be false.During the next couple months of going back and forth with this dealership to see if they could help with the extra expensive I had to put into the truck to make it safe for my daughter to drive, I found that it was possible the error codes that had shown up when there is a problem with the truck may have been reset/cleared. This makes sense due to when the error codes and brakes issues started to show up on the truck after getting it home (if there is an issue with a system on a vehicle the error codes and problems will show back up after a few hundred miles after the vehicle computer has been reset).Finally, after many emails to the dealership they agreed to send me $200 as a “Good will gesture”. My thought was OK better something than nothing so I agreed to the $200 offer and I was told by the dealership that they would send a check, that was over a month ago and after many emails and only one initial response saying they forgot to send the check and that the money would be sent, nothing absolutely nothing and no contact or response from them since and no check.I cannot and would not recommend this dealership to anyone, in my opinion it looks as if that they fit the description of what a used car dealerships have garnered for themselves over time. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle and I understand all the possibilities that can occur with that decision, but the timing of the brake issues and the fact that there is a possibility the error codes were cleared for whatever reason, and their unwillingness to honor their offer/agreement to send me the $200 is just sad.Buyer beware!

Avoid this dealership. A nightmare of a used car purchase. I purchased a 2005 Saab 92x Aero for $9K in January 2002. I had a tune-up performed on the same day I bought the car. The car blew a cylinder head after driving less than 2,000 miles within the first month of ownership.As a consumer there is always the risk of buying a used car as is. I called the office and explained the situation to the salesman. He explains to me that he is only a minion and will pass the information to the owner. The owner calls me and tells me he will look for a replacement engine. I have not heard from the dealership since. After multiple calls, I have never directly spoken with the owner again. I live 200 miles north of Oakland, so I have not attempted to confront the dealership in person.The engine needs to be rebuilt at a cost of $3500. I never expected the dealership to cover any of the repair cost. With that said, purchasing a $9K car should warrant a better solution than having my phone calls being sent directly to voice mail.

OK, so long story but vary bad place to depend on.Have a ton of complaints.Never gave me the warranty that I bought so we are going to small claims court. Been battling on the phone with the. For 60 days now. Bad transmission, front and rear differentials, live in Tahoe and need it, actually never worked, blower fan is bad, ignition switch died after my next stop from the dealer, had to call AAA to tow it, rims bent, different types of tires all around, drive-shaft bent so makes horrible wobble, leaking axle seals, 4x4 doesnt work, exhaust manifold bolts broke, cracked windshield behind the sticker price that didnt notice till drove away.... Im not done, owners are very mean and poorly treating customers ... Ill come back next month------------>Also, some of these reviews are the salespeople so do not believe them.

I bough 2 cars already at this place and, i have no complain i will definitely buy another car there, i was well aware of what i was buying, A USED CAR and Im a happy customer and bud away, im not an employee....

I worked with the salesman joe this past week. Really feel like he did a lot of foot work for me. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the car. He was even kind enough to put gas in the car and get it washed before we took it off the lot. The process was so easy, joe took a lot of the work off of me by getting me prepared for what to expect when I got there to purchase the car. The car is still running great, I couldnt be happier.
