We highly recommended this flooring store. we looked at a lot of flooring before we purchased. This store was best, the prices were resonable. The employee service was excellent, manage Anna is very patient, explained that the production, help us loading the flooring on the car. this store can also return the unopened flooring that cant be used up.

I recently purchased SPC from Uwood Floors. I had a very pleasant experience.The sales, Selina, is very professional and responsible. The floor we want was out of stock, and she even helped us to find them from other place. It saved us tons of waiting time. and she also gave us advice for the remodel. Not alone the price is impressive.Ive shopped around about 10 different floor stores in bay area, Selina and Uwood are the best ones.

Bad customer service.

This place has just the right amount of a variety of flooring without making you overwhelmed. The young guy at the desk was very nice and attentive to us when we came in. He even gave them a sample of wood to take home to see if it matched the staircase. He also gave them a quote that was much cheaper than the other flooring store we had went to. He was honest and very upfront.

Excellent selection and awesome customer service!! We went to the store to look for replacement flooring during a remodel and they were able to find a match for our 20 year old hardwood floors. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. Weve been to many shops for materials for our remodel, and this is by far the best experience!
