Wow! Our floor looks brand new again. We had oak floor with a multiples scratches from our dog and a few damaged area. Our neighbor referred Specialized Hardwood Floors to us. So we called them up to get a quote. Their quote were reasonable and they told us they would repair some of the spots without charge.We have about 1,000 sq ft of hardwood that needed to be refinished. It took them 5 days to get it done and now floor looks spectacular, they even gave us a free cleaner. We will recommend them to our friends and family. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I called Specialized Hardwood Floors after looking at their website and their pricing. I talked to Truong about the pricing to refinish my hardwood floor with a natural finish. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me he could start next week since he was booked for the week. I asked him if he can start sooner than that, he told me he’ll try his best and started the work 2 days earlier.I was very satisfied with the job that they did. My floor now looks very nice. I found Specialized Hardwood Floors on Google and decided to give them a call. I needed to install hardwood floor for kitchen, living room, hallway and stairs, total about 500 Sq ft. I bought the wood and the baseboard myself. Truong and his dad gave me a good quote, they told me they install the baseboards for free for me so I went ahead and booked them to install my floor. Theyre always on time and very good at what theyre doing. His dad is a pro and have been in the business for a long time as I can see. It took them 3 days to finish installing everything. My house look beautiful and I couldnt be more happier with the results.I highly recommend them to anyone that need their hardwood floor refnished or installed. Their price is very affordable and their work is the best as Ive seen so far. You cant go wrong with them!

Doesnt live up to their warranty claims. Doesnt honor their word. Doesnt call back to fix any problems found once theyve cashed your check.Avoid. Not worth it.

We also got a few quotes from other contractors to compare but they have the best quote and looking at their work on their website, It seems like they can do a decent job.We went with their recommendation, pre-finished Brazilian Cherry solid wood since it was the strongest wood and match our home interior design at the same time. Within 5 days, our entire house are covered in hardwood and it looks fantastic! I was trying to pick on some minor details, but it looks better than what we expected. We couldn’t thank them enough. The timing, the design suggestion and the cost--everything just fit in perfectly.I highly recommend Specialized Hardwood Floor. The prices are very affordable, they’re quick but detailed, and they make sure we are satisfied with the work before they leave.
