My husband and I are so happy we went with Roys Woodcraft Flooring! He installed the most beautiful red oak hardwood floors in the upper level of our house with main entry. We recently purchased an older home with oak floors that are extremely difficult to match, but somehow Roy pulled it off and you cannot tell where the old floors end and the new floors begin. Every other contractor or construction worker that has come through the house has been impressed with his work and asked for his contact information.I cannot say enough good things about the floors and Roys professionalism and honest candor. Weve had some bad experiences with contractors working on our house, but not with Roy. Im convinced Roys Woodcraft and Flooring is the best in the Bay Area, if not California, and I wouldnt let anyone else touch our floors after this. I highly recommend his company if you need flooring services, you wont be disappointed.

Roy was awesome! I had some scratches in my hardwood floor that were pretty ugly. After reviewing some pictures I sent, Roy called me and provided a spectrum.of.options from the sime DIY to the extreme. I certainly appreciate going through all options as well as answering.my follow up questions.Extremely nice and the type of conversation and partnership to solve a problem one expects from a 5 Start service company.

Roy and his team are professional, hard working and their detail to craftsmanship is superb! This is my second house (first house in 2001) and now (2017) my new house. The same stellar quality and workmanship. I chose white oak floor with semi-gloss finish and its so beautiful! I highly recommend Roy for quality, good pricing, always on-time with a smile. Had Roys remove some termite damaged hardwood and fill in a heater air supply in the floor. Blown away with how fast and competent his crew were, finishing in 3-4 hours what I was certain would be a few days work. They were able to remove termite damaged hardwood strips, install new strips and match the flooring color and gloss as if the damage were never there. Fair price, responsive follow up and quality work.Will refer hardwood floor repairs to them in the future....very impressed and satisfied.

What a great experience this was! Its hard to find someone so personable that comes with so much expertise. Roy was incredibly accommodating and was a true pleasure to work with! We definitely have found our go-to flooring expert. The only shame is that flooring needs come up so rarely, that my wife and I wont be able to work with him frequently.Thanks Roy!

I work for cleaning service in San Jose. We had a team take a section of wax off of a customers wood floor. The customer had Roys business card, so I called him to take a look at his floor. He was very professional, called the client to schedule a time to go out to his home. He was able to blend the area affected. Since he had installed the flooring years before he did the work at no charge to us. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but Roy has mastered this. Thank you!
