I highly recommend LL Flooring on Terminal Ave, San Jose, for your lumber needs. We purchased the hardwood in June 2021 and were highly satisfied with the product and the customer service. Mark and the lady sales associate (forgot the name) were helpful, knowledgeable, and facilitated virtual transaction without any hassle.

Honestly they are good!,,, they have a lot of selection on flooring, as laminate, engineered floor and pre finish hardwood floors also some tiles they look like hardwood floor. 👌

Want to give Damien a shoutout for being super helpful and informative when we went to look at some hardwood flooring today. (He said he works at the south San Jose location but helps out here a lot)We asked a lot of questions about installation costs, timelines and different materialism’ suitability for the kitchen etc. and he patiently answered all of them.We’ve been to a couple of flooring stores and this visit was by far the most informative one where we got real answers to our questions with actual numbers. Great experience overall.

A very uneven customer service. Got a wonderful help from Jose, however when I called to check on my order Carlos didnt t even want to pretend he was interested in checking on my order . Point blank said, I am too busy to answer your questions. I dont know. Will call you back. Man, I am still waiting for that call. If you want good customer service, Carlos is not your man.

I bought flooring for a dining room here and it was of good quality. However, a reducer they sold me was badly warped. I had just driven 40 minutes in traffic, and, although I thought at the time I should return it, so instead of fighting the traffic again I attempted to install it using liquid nails. I placed heavy weights on it for about three days. After about a week, it started popping up, looking bad and creating a trip hazard. I called Lumber Liquidators and told them the full story, the clerk said no problem, they would replace it. However, after waiting a couple of weeks for it to arrive, and driving to the store, I was told that they would not replace a cut piece of trim, that I would have to pay for it. I consider what they did was misleading. This is the second floor I have used their lumber on, and the last.

THE worst customer service.. They really couldnt care less.. Probably because this is some sort of union labor or something - they dont have to help you to keep their job.
