Nice place

We stayed at this home for 3 days and very much enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and all the amenities were available to us. The on site host was very helpful and available to assist us as needed. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping services and the Levi Stadium. The house was in a family neighborhood and the host was very helpful.

Everything was perfect in this rental ... the timely exchange of inquiries, key drop off, introduction to accommodations, etc. The property is well appointed, great for a group gathering, family reunion, etc. We were a group of adults attending San Jose film festival. We were only there one night and unfortunately didnt have enough time to enjoy the property. But the beds were comfortable :) Highly recommend.

Great location and stay for 7 guys in town for 5 weeks for work at SJSU. Everyone had their own room and plenty of privacy. Will definitely be back. We had a great stay and will be interested in renting for the same period of time during the same time of year again next year.

The property is phenomenal! First class all the way through and through. The property is located in a plush neighborhood. All the amenities you will need for your stay. Wifi was good throughout the house. Khanh and his people customized bedding and furniture requirements to our needs and was super responsive to our communication and requests. Highly recommended.

Khanh and his team were great at communicating and working with me to arrange key pick-up and check-out. Transaction was quick and easy and the house was great! Thanks a lot for being such a good host and professional especially during New Years Eve week. Much appreciated and I would rent through Khanh and his team again.

Great place to be Khanh its a great host always looking that you have a great experience we where 7 of us the place is huge a deal has everything you need (even TV and cable for Game of Thrones). Thanks for everything you make my first time experience in AirB&B excellent.

Khanh and Anne are really nice and considerate in arranging a cozy place to live in. Theyve made me feel at home. I especially like the flowers and plants outside the suites. The studio is not very big, yet it has enough space for one person or a couple and is equipped with almost everything one would need for daily life. The studio has a great location, within 15 mins walk to convention center and a lot of restaurants and fun places in downtown San Jose. Khanh and Anne are also very responsive to questions and are doing their best to offer a great experience of stay. I would recommend this place to my friends when they visit downtown San Jose.
