If you want the wrong phone ordered for you, insurance added to your plan when you stated no, have them blame AT&T fulfillment for the wrong phone shipped, and stating you will have to pay a $50 restocking fee if you cancel then shop here...good luck to you. Or go to the REAL AT&T store across the street on Blossom Hill at the Corporate store. They fixed everything for us, exposed the lies about the order, and they will be investigating this store. Not the first complaint they have received.
Tony the store manager is OUTSTANDING! He handled matters quickly and professionally. He alsoOffered many great tips and was very patient in engaging AT&T customer service to resolve some issues in my plan. Customer service is great!
I really love the energy of the store, that’s why I was motivated to buy what they offer. The fact that they care to us instead of just selling us that’s the great way win the customer. Kudos to Tony for managing a great team.

It was a Saturday night and just a person try to reach out customers need. A couple of customer left instead of waiting for service. I did not give it up and waited at least 20 min to become a new mobile service customer, but nothing.

After waiting 50 minutes, I had this exchange,Clerk: Oh sorry, we cannot take care of that here.Me: But I was told by Customer Service to go have this done at an AT&T Store.Clerk: Well, were actually a 3rd party, not AT&T. You have to go to a Corporate Store, such as the one across the street.Me: **** off.
Worst customer service ever. We walked in willing to purchase 2 iPhone X, but unfortunately no one took their time to greet us nor even acknowledge us whatsoever. We were there for about 2 mins looking at their phones and non of their 5 employees took their time to see if we needed anything instead they were busy talking amongst them. 12/17/17 @ 6:49pm

Its just a counter, not a store. People there are not focus on jobs. My new phone was not active successful. They just click the mouse on a web page. It spent 15 mins.

Huge brand new store at Oak ridge mall... no wait great help. The Direct tv package home security that we purchased is the best deal in town $46.99 per month got me home security and Dtv I also got unlimited data on my smartphones and tablets...you guys rock
