I found them to be unreliable. I attempted to make a reservation via their web interface. The response was that I would hear back from them, via email, in 4-24 hours.I never heard back -- and yes I looked in the SPAM folder, and no I dont have email automatically deleted.24 hours later I called and the person asked if they could call back. They took my number and said theyd call back in 5 minutes. The NEVER called back. Even if they had called and I didnt answer my call log would have shown the attempt -- they didnt try.Go to supershuttle. I had my reservation completed in 5 minutes via their web interface

They took a reservation to drive me from Aptos to SFO for $72. That price was shown on the website and there was no confusion about what airport while I was on the phone. The day before the flight, they call to confirm the pickup. Five minutes later the drive calls and asks what airport. When I tell him SFO he says the price is $92. After an argument I hung up. Dont trust these people!
