Do not waste your time or money here. They are very unprofessional, and have no consideration for people and there finances.At first I though this was a good move, but after they got my money I have not hear from them to verify they filed my taxes as I have not gotten my refunds...I will be contacting the BBB and IRS to file a formal complaint!Highly recommend no one use this service!

When I first walked into this place I was a little thrown off by the rude asian girl. She talked to me in a very unprofessional manner. Then comes her coworker or someone related to her and he tells me to give me my w-2s. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my documents there. I still yet to be called in to get my taxes done. Plus they never answer their phone. Overall weird and unprofessional experience. I dont understand why they have so many good reviews on yelp. Are they only nice and helpful to just a particular grouo of people or what? Maximum frustration...

I got my first 1099 and it said I owe $3000. I asked San Jose Tax Services and they spent the time to explain what I can do and lowered my taxes to oweing $500. Saves me a lot.

This place is a joke. This father daughter duo are so unorganized and rude. I can’t believe the positive reviews all over Yelp about San Jose Tax Services. Mainly trolls. Avoid this place if you want to stay away from shady practice.
