I found this person on Yelp. I have a business and have been looking for someone that can do business returns without charging an arm and a leg. I found Natalie to be professional, friendly, and affordable. She was patient and explained things to me as we went through the return. I feel like I got good bang for my buck and will definitely be going back! Highly Recommend for business taxes!

Pros: quick to get an appointment. I found her inline through good reviews on both Yelp and Google. So I wanted to give it a try since I got audit in the last 2 years. Nats service is very quick-in and out within 30mins- and professional in term of answering my questions. She was straightforward when I gave her my moms W2 and said my mom should file on her own because it will cost my mom more money than what she would get back. I told her I had 2 W2s and student loan. She quoted the fee was $80 which is pretty reasonable. She also mentioned to me if I had the tuition from school it would be $150 instead of $80 that she told me over the phone because it will be more complicated. I was okay with it because I forget to tell her that I am in school.Cons: I didnt check my tax form before I left her, I checked when I got to a restaurant and checked 1040 form. I did not see my tuition credited on the form. I called her and her assistant told me that she would call me back. It took her 2.5hrs to call me back. She told me that my income was high and it is not qualified for tax deduction for tuition. She did not tell me while I was at her office. She still charged me $150. If I am unable to claim it, I wonder why I am still being charged $150.I appreciated that she called me back, but she sounded irritated and was very short over the phone.After all, I still appreciate her helping me to file the tax. If she could be clearer about the fee, It would be awesone.I gave her 3.5 stars

This review is Long Overdue..Natalie has been helping me with my taxes for the last 6 years or so. I dont earn much money so I used to do it myself. My sister referred me here and I will never go anywhere else. Natalie took the time to make sure I get every deduction/credit that I qualify for. Because I have 3 kids, I have been getting several thousand dollars refund every year even though not much taxes are taken out of my checks....I didnt even know what I was missing!

My family originally did taxes with her father. That was many years ago. Now we go to Natalie for our taxes. She is amazing. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my personal info. I leave her office feeling like I understand what is happening with my taxes. Thanks Nat!

We found her last year. We were pleasantly surprised by how caring and helpful she was. Went out of her way to really get to know our situation so that she could give us all the deductions we qualified for. No one else has done that, definitely not at H&R Block where we felt like they didnt know us or really care that much.
