The lady who did my taxes looked professional enough but was completely unprofessional and probably inexperienced to have failed to send a couple of important forms. Passive aggressive employees are definitely rampant. I went back after 3 months to make sure they resend it. I saw them do absolutely nothing but assured it was all sent. It is now November and Ive finally called the FTB and they have received absolutely nothing from them. Ive gone to them 2 years in a row and both times were a failure. I DO NOT recommend. I dont understand how theyre licensed to do taxes.
