These guys were responsive and quality service. They seemed to calm my tenants down and worked with their schedule. Justin was my repair man and call to let me know we were all taken care of and everyone was happy again.Normally I just replace the appliance that broke but a fridge is expensive. The repair was a fraction of the cost of a new unit!You guys rock!

Best repair service!! I called yesterday morning and my fridge was fixed the same day. The price is reasonable and the technicians are very friendly. They inform you of when they will arrive. They gave me a time frame of only one hour which is much nicer than waiting around all day. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received. My oven door is askew -yes, on the Sunday! So I left a message and the owner called back today even though they are technically closed. I sent a photo of my problem (hinge) and they are calling me in the morning to set up service! Thank you for the call back and oven rescue!

Oleg was just a tad late. But once he started he was great. Our refrigerator was broken. He repaired it with considerable expertise. We were afraid a stranger would charge a fortune for something we has no idea about. Not Oleg from Sub Zero Repair. He explained the problem and went to work. His fees were very reasonable. We would use him again for repairs.
