Top notch sewing machine repair. My circa 1959 Viking was restored to brand new! I am very pleased.

I have an older Viking machine. I took it to several shops that were closer (Richmond), and they didn’t want to touch it. I could hear the smile in Gordon’s voice when I told him the model number. He walked me through a few things over the phone, but to no avail. I ended up taking my machine in. You know you’ve found the right shop when you don’t have to bring the foot pedal in! Extremely reasonable, fast turnaround. I had my machine back in 2 days and it’s running like a dream. This is the only place I will consider, and I’m willing to deal with the drive. I appreciate Gordon and his team. If you have a sewing machine, especially a Viking, this is the place for you!!!

Just bought my very first sewing machine today and I love it! It’s just like the one my mom had when I was growing up. Gordon showed me and my daughter how to use the machine step by step. I won’t go anywhere else for any of oursewing needs!

This place has a lot more tools than your local Michaels. We also do repairs! I had a great customer service experience and look forward to going back.

I trust Viking because Gordon is there to sincerely help people. He is extremely knowledgeable re: sewing machines and was happy to give me a lesson on how not to have to bring my machine in for repair. I will, however bring it back to be serviced by Steve, another very capable and qualified technician. Thanks Viking. Youre the BEST!

I have 2 Viking machines and each has been fixed or serviced over the years at Viking Center on Lincoln. Only guy who truly knows what he is doing and reasonable priced. I come all the way from Redwood City and wouldnt go anywhere else.

They fixed my machine but it was expensive $50 more I could have bought a new machine. But I am attached to mine so I spent the money. They get the job done.

I bought a Viking Jade sewing machine from Viking Sewing Machine Center. I recently took a class offered by the store owner (Gordon Falk) and was extremely happy with his professionalism, patience with the students, and amazing knowledge of sewing machines, sewing techniques, history of sewing machines and more. When I bought my machine he asked me about the type of sewing I would be doing. I never felt that he was trying to oversell or push me to buy a machine that was beyond my needs or abilities. I strongly recommend Viking Sewing Center. You will not be disappointed in your purchase or the excellent customer service.

I have purchased sewing machines here, taken many free sewing lessons and purchased cabinetry for my sewing room. This shop is the best! They also repair sewing machines, which I have not needed, but know they do good work as reported by friends who I have referred. I love my Viking sewing machine and enjoy regular sewing as we as embroidery.

I brought in my wifes Singer sewing machine which we thought was broken. Repair man Steve quietly plugged it in, threaded and tested it and told me it was working fine. The thread we were using was not proper sewing thread; it was too stiff. Its also possible we werent threading the machine properly.Bottom line, there was no charge, and its working great!

Interesting little place. Happened to see this place while walking in the Willow Glen area. Didnt actually make a purchase but this place would be ideal for someone who likes embroidery/stiching. Buying a sewing machine from this store after consulting the store might actually prove to be a better alternative than buying one online. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I am always pleased with my service here but most of all I just love the owners kindness and willingness to help. I always tell him he cant retire till I am too old to sew.

Great to see that some businesses still have integrity. Went there to buy a part and the gentleman said that I didnt need it and provided information on how to do a repair.
