Paris & Brad are great! I bought my first home this year and I worked with them for close to an year before I bought it. They would come with me to check out the place and bring up even minor issues to my attention that could give me trouble in the future. I had few situations where I needed to counter and they helped with keeping the price to my budget. I didnt feel pressured to settle on one sooner for the commission, took my own time to get familiar with the market and make sure what I really wanted. I would definitely recommend then for all first time home buyers.Paris & Brad write very strong offers and even follow through after the offer was accepted, providing me the contacts for loans, termite treatments, etc. They did the final inspection for me when I was out of the country and made sure the move in process was smooth. Would not recommend Paris or Brad to sell your home. Unless you live in Cupertino they dont understand other areas . We had our house on the market with them for 7 months . After no avail we elected to take our house off the market with them . We elected to go with someone else and soldOur downtown San Jose home with another realtor first week on the market above asking price
