Selling a house during a pandemic and moving can be stressful but Helen was able to get our home sold prior to it going on market which relieved so much stress! Helen and Marvine made a great team and walked us through the necessary steps throughout the process and did their best to work around our schedule. Overall we were very satisfied!

We loved working with Celine Mui Simon! She helped us lease a commercial space for our upcoming restaurant and was completely amazing the entire time.Prior to finding Celine, our previous commercial real estate agent wasnt able to find us anything good in 10 months. We spent months and months trying to get a lease draft from a potential landlord and our previous real estate agent would not try to follow up with the landlord. He would tell us these wait times are normal (when they were not at all).However, it dragged on too long and it was getting to the point where it took WEEKS to get a response from the landlord. So I decided to search up other commercial real estate agents and found Celine!In 2 weeks, she was able to find us a space, a great one by the way, (Second Generation Restaurant too!) and negotiate the lease terms. We signed the lease on the third week!!The whole time she was extremely helpful, always keeping us updated, looking out for our best interest, explaining things to us that we didnt understand.We thank her so much for helping us find the space for our restaurant.She is a great person and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an astounding commercial real estate agent to help them find the place of their future business!

TL;DR I sold high and bought low in the bay area, thanks to Helen and Marvine. If you want your story to be like mine, go with these wonderful people!Well, this wasnt our first real estate purchase. In fact, when I bought my condo the first time, Helen was the selling(the opposite) agent. And.. when COVID hit, and just like everyone moving out from small condo/APTs in SJ to single family homes outside, I decided to sell my condo. Then the first person came to my mind was Helen. I was thinking.. well, I bought at a crazy price from her, I wonder if she can sell this again at a crazy price. Of course, we werent expecting a crazy sell, because we knew the condos are going cold, and we were just hoping to minimize the gap. Then I did the research in my best ability on the properties Helen sold, reviewed the reviews (as you are doing right now), then decided OK, lets go with her. BOOM.Well, Helen and Marvine made it happen. We sold at 3% higher than what we expected to sell. And also at the lightening speed compared to the other properties that were on market. I think 9 days from listing to sale? Until this happened, they gave us data presentations, scheduled timelines, calls & meetings, and let us know the situations. We called 9am in the morning, we Zoom-called 9pm at night (plus emails and texts), things were moving fast, and they were acting fast. And they are constantly reading the market.If I ever have to suggest 2 skills your selling real estate agents must have, in my opinion, they would be 1) ability to suggest the right sell price: too high, you wont get bid, too low, a chance you wont satisfy with bids you get, just right price in the market will gain the traction and competitions 2) ability to furnish your home and make it desirable. And I would rate both skills really high for Helen.On buying side, houses were being sold crazy.. and we werent finding any homes that we can fit in our budget and the needs. We are just couple of worker class ants, and didnt have too much in the cash stack unlike other bidders. But you know what, they found a gem house that werent getting much attention(an information that we would never have), and suggested to take a chance on it, and we got it 6% lower than the listing price. And its been 3 months in this home and we are happy.In closing remarks.. I dont really write reviews, or openly advocate anyone online. But if anyone else is looking for a real estate agent, I would be happy to recommend them and talk about them first hand!
