I am really impressed with his knowledge in real estates and facts of houses and different components of house.With inputs from my friends I started looking at Redfin to start seeing the houses. Redfin is an wonderful App to get knowledge about schools and houses sold near by and current estimates. I face only problem with it‘s agent. I face problem when I started visiting houses physically. First time I got a agent who showed me some houses. Later I started seeing problem find an agent and time to visit a place. Redfin will have different agent for different area. Even though we schedule a time slot to visit a house, but there is no guarantee that an agent will be there for you.I come to know about Amit from another realtor site. He is very good. He is always ready where every I want to see any listed property. Before I reached the property, he will be there to welcome us with a smile. I heard from my friend some agents are so busy that they will tell the buyer to visit the property alone, if buyer likes then agent will process.At property he explains everything about every item explicitl one by one. He even tells which item needs how much money to repair.He was there from begging to till the end of deal. He has very good connection with loan agent as well with all contractors to perform various operations.We are very lucky to get him as our buyers agent.
