I live in Arizona and needed someone served in San Jose, CA. I sent the instruction letter with times and days the person would be home and not be home, but he wasnt able to be served in six attempts. When I received the report of the attempts I was very upset because they only tried on the times I specified that he wouldnt be home!! They still charged me and I had to reschedule my hearing because of this! Also every time I called to check on status they werent helpful at all!! Horrible experience !!
