I highly recommend Legal Pursuit. They were very responsive and kept in communication with me every step of the way. I would recommend and use their service again.

I used Legal Pursuit to serve two defendants, which they did, at $100 each. When the trial came, the judge threw out the hearing because the defendants werent served properly. Huge blow, I dont live in the area, so much wasted travel time, hotel, etc. I called the owner, Eddie, and his response was Ask for a different judge. What? Ahh, a little late for that. Eddie did a song and dance, and said things that were directly contrary to what he said prior, when I first signed on for the service. He is not an honest man. He would not even refund the cost of the failed service, which is pocket change in the light of the mess he caused, but jeez. My experience with these folks is total nightmare.

Eddie and Christina are awesome at getting things done quickly and accurately. Convenient location across the street from the courthouse.

These guys are great. Prompt, reliable, courteous, well-priced. Ive used them several times for filings in the Santa Clara Superior Court - 191 N. First Street. They are located nearby and can get filings done very promptly. Definitely use them.

This company is great! Andrew gave me simple instructions over the phone and the person I am counter suing will be served tomorrow morning. Thank goodness because our court date is in the next 7 days!Highly recommended.

Having the pleasure to work with Eddy personally is an honor. Although, there was some minor hiccups in the beginning Legal Pursuit took the time to defuse the situation. A company that goes out of there way to nurture a relationship between his client and business relationship is well recognize that they are in it for the long hall. This company values there customer business and would do anything to ensure that the job gets done and that means going above and beyond.
