TREK was one of the best moving companies Ive ever used. The crew that packed up my apartment was professional, careful, and detail oriented. They put me at ease and instilled confidence that my furnishings and belongings were in great hands. In particular, Tim the lead mover was friendly and caring and was wonderful to work with. I have done a few moves with varying results. This team was by far the best team I have ever worked with. They were right on time and disassembled my furniture, and put it back together without a scratch or dirt mark, and in the matter of just a couple of hours. They made moving feel stress-free and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving!!!

Second time using them, and they honored a 5% discount from long ago. This was the easiest move I’ve had - moving from a 1 bdrm apt to a storage unit, I had a lot of art and mirrors I was worried about, but this company eased my mind in no time. Everything was carefully and perfectly wrapped, including furniture and extra packing needs. They moved everything carefully, were very friendly and trustworthy and worked hard. I never felt uneasy. Great experience. The movers (Tim, Alex) were fast, efficient and kind, and got everything into the storage unit safely and well arranged. Will definitely use them again on my next move from storage back to the apt!!!

We have used TREK Movers twice now! I highly recommend trusting them with your move. Our team was led by Tim with his 2 partners, Michael and Eugene. They were incredibly helpful, clear in communication, and diligent with our move. They shrink wrapped, packed in blankets everything and made sure to take care of our fragile furniture. We were so impressed! Anytime our friends move in San Jose, we always recommend TREK!

We hired Trek Movers weeks in advance based upon positive google review and had a horrible experience. We had requested vaccinated movers due to my fiancees father being at risk in hospice care. One of the movers was not vaccinated, so we told him he should work outside of the house, but indicated we would pay the full 5 person crew amount (despite him needing to work outside). Treks office called apologizing that they sent the wrong crew and the vaccinated crew that was suppose to come to our house was sent to another job. They told us they had a fully vaccinated crew that would be at our house in about an hour and the other crew left.The new crew showed up, but was only three people. They told me they charged extra for any item over 50 lbs. When I told them that was not our agreement, they told me Trek movers sold our contract to them and they could charge whatever they wanted. After multiple calls to Treks office and the new crew starting they truck and threatening to leave, we tried to do the best with the situation given it was now after 11 am and no moving had started.Needless to say, they did not perform well. They took 10 hours, did not finish the move, scratch the wood floors and damaged the door frame, ripped the couch cushions. Worst of all they are untrustworthy. They were suppose to come back to finish the move at the time they dictated. We move our schedule to accommodate and they cancelled on us.I am sure you can do much better then Trek Movers.Disappointed and ripped off!

I was moved 3 days ago by Trek movers. The 3 guys who arrived were polite, extremely hardworking and very careful. They were excellent, took care of everything with upmost care. Super pleasant and interact as well. Highly recommended!!!

TREK did our move on a Friday morning and they came on time as agreed upon. Tom, Sam and Vlad, 3 very friendly (and strong) guys greeted us and got to working right away! Fast and careful, they took care of all our stuff as if its their own! Highly recommended! Would refer TREK to anyone!!!

Great company, great service and super professional movers! They know 100% how to work! The foreman let me know from the very beginning that I can relax. They worked 10 hours, took only one break for lunch. Everything was done at the highest level. Will highly recommended this guys to everyone! All packing free, no hidden fees! Will use again and again!

The movers were very careful with our furniture and they were pleasant to be around. They took care of everything and quickly got the job done, which was great because a lot of our furniture had to go on the second floor of the house. They were there on time and as promised reassembled our king bed with no problem. Even the barbecue made it without a dent or scratch, all of our stuff seems to be ok. It was a good move, and I’m glad that we went with a carrier and not a broker, my wife did plenty of research and what we wanted was an actual carrier that could do a quality move at a fair price. It was a pretty good sized move. Luckily, everything went well and with no damage. Absolutely recommend!

I hired TREK MOVERS for my move and these guys are just amazing. Great customer service when I initially requested a quote. On the day of the move, Tim and Alex arrived on time, were efficient, and careful with all of our belongings. That crew is so polite and nice. They worked really hard all day but managed to finish with 10 min before the estimated time. I would definitely hire them again!

What a fantastic experience.I planned to move out of state the same way I did it a few times in the past. However, after my very first conversation with Dave Ive changed my plan. Very happy that I made the right call. Dave is a great advisor and kept me posted about all tips and tricks on how to save on my moving cost for a long distance relocation. Guys where phenomenal packers and their Tetris performance were fantastic, even other movers at different destinations gave them compliments. My move was a bit more complicated as long as I have to move my stuff to a few different places around the country. Thankfully Dave guided me into the right direction.It took more time on the day of the move, at least more than I was planning to delegate for this matter... but by the end of the move after supervising crew performance I understood how wrong I was. Just let professionals do what they do for a living. Their packing skills were phenomenal and they were able to fit everything into 3 large PODS instead of five I rented for my needs. Everything arrived on time, safe, clean. And thankfully for Daves advice to try POD services I was able to pay two or maybe even three times less than I was quoted by most moving brokers on the market. My delivery was performed within a week, not sure if I was just lucky but some brokers quoted me for a delivery of 3 to 4 weeks.Thanks Dave for your advisory, thanks for the team you sent to help me with packing and loading all these cubes. Your guys made me feel safe, been great to work with, patient to all my instructions and deserved my generous gratuities.

Moved to a new place last month and just the thought of boxes everywhere and packing give me the chills. A friend of mine recommend me to hire TREK movers and it was a great decision. This was our first time using TREK, and I’m so glad we did! They took extra care with all of our items, and even packed away some of our extra things for us. They were also great at navigating the narrow streets with a moving truck, despite heavy traffic and street parking. Everyone was super helpful, responsive and helpful. Moving can be stressful and they made the process so much easier. The estimate I received was quick, accurate and informative. We will certainly use TREK for future moves!

Recently had Trek Movers move our belongings from one apartment to another. They are paid hourly and the two gentlemen Tim and David hustled while maintaining a high level of care and the invoice was cheaper than the quote. The move out was a challenge, as there was only one elevator in service. Plus, the ramp leading to the main doors only had room for the truck, so they occasionally had to move the truck to let other traffic pass. The company communicated well and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Couldnt be happier with the services we received.

These movers were great! 3 guys came and powered through the day and moved us from my apartment to our new townhouse. Didn’t waste a minute of time! Were very professional, moved my furniture by wrapping in blankets and tape. Would give them 10 stars if I can! Highly recommend TREK for everyone!👍

We used Jerry and his team for a local move in SJ. The move went great. I liked that the team wrapped our furniture, boxed our TVs, and carefully moved random fragile stuff. Everything was moved safely without damage. Everyone was diligent about COVID safety and wore a mask when indoors and when around us. The hourly rates were reasonable and this service seems like a great fit for anyone looking for friendly service in the SJ area.

Moving is one of the most stressful experience in the world. Luckily, TREK Movers made it a lot less so. Alex and Sam were professionals! I was impressed at the effort that they took to wrap everything, even for a short move. Packed up everything and moved it with no problems. I hope I dont have to move again soon, but when I do, Ill definitelly use them again!
