Never answered the phone nor called back

Our experience was San Jose Professional Movers was fantastic. We had several fragile items and they were extremely thorough and gentle in moving everything. The truck was clean and they did their work quickly. They also had several wardrobe boxes for my exploding closet! Great team!

Andres and his crew did a great moving job. The movers were friendly, quick, efficient, and professional. Each part of the move was thoroughly explained and thoroughly executed. And it took less than time than estimated, so we saved money.As much as packing and moving ones house can be a pleasant experience, Professional Movers san jose made it so.

I just called to get a quote and the women who picked up the phone was so rude it was unacceptable. I didnt even get a chance to explain what I needed. She had major attitude and was very disrespectful. For a 5 star company I am in disbelief by how I was just treated.

These guys are amazing! So easy to work with. It took me 5 min to set up my move over the phone. I got an email confirmation right after and a reminder a few days before my move.During the day, the guys came right in the middle of the time window. They were so friendly and so efficient. Got all my stuff loaded and moved and unloaded across the city, including disassembling and reassembling my bed, in just under 2 hours. Amazing! It was so stress-free and easy. I would recommend Professional Movers to anyone. The rates were very reasonable too.

This review is for Hector and crew. This move has been great experience for us (we done quite a few moves in the past). Moving from an apartment in the six floor to a 2 level town home they strategically allocated 5 people (packing, elevator coordination and truck load). Hector personally came to both places to supervise and give especial direction to provide white gloves service (crew wear booties). The level of details to take apart and put together complicated bunk bed and switches and network equipment was excellent. Highly recommended!! Thanks again Hector!!

Ben and Tom are friendly and professional. We moved from a 5th floor to a 3rd floor(no elevator) that is 11 miles away. They helped packing and moved our one bedroom(bed, TV, dressing table and stuff) with lots of clothes within 3.5 hours(include driving). I thought it might take longer to move things up to 3rd floor but they were amazingly fast. Overall a very good experience. Professional Movers San Jose were unbelievably helpful throughout the entire move, going above and beyond in every aspect of the job. It was impressive to see how efficient they were in getting everything packed up, loaded, and moved to our storage unit. I look forward to working with Them again in the future. Easily the best moving experience Ive ever had!

Thank you Professional Movers san jose for making our move from Los Altos ca to Palo Alto ca! Leon and Ariel were fantastic -- efficient, professional, and courteous. They were incredibly considerate with our items, blanketing and wrapping everything that needed the protection and loaded the truck carefully before the drive. When unloading, they put everything exactly where we wanted it and they were quick!

Having to move twice in 9 days is never fun! After moving all of our possessions into storage while waiting for our new place to be ready, we came to the conclusion that we did not want to have to do it all over again!After researching several places on Google and calling around, Professional Movers san Jose was my first choice. From the beginning, scheduling the move with Ben was very easy and he could even make the move happen within days!. The three gentlemen that were performing the move arrived on-time and worked very fast. They must be Tetris experts as they were able to get all the items in one truckload, saving us time and money. It helped that all of our items were already boxed and ready to go. The few loose items we put into our vehicle. No need to fret though as they bring wardrobe boxes free of charge to pack any loose items. No items were broke and the job took less time than anticipated.Heres hoping a move is not in our future, but if it was, I would definitely use Professional Movers san Jose Moving again and would recommend them to a friend.

Had the San Jose guys move me on jan 25th, one bedroom and a bunch of boxes. They were there when they said they would be. Lino and Mike were great. Got everything up to my 2nd story gated condo with out any damage. they had to walk a long way. The price was very reasonable for 3 hours of work. got lots of support from the office email notices of what to expect and prep were very helpful. Would hire them again.
