Beautiful facility, looks like a campus and very clean. I wish I could adopt all the dogs there. The dog rooms are suitable not small like lil doggie Apts.
Aloha I love you guys!! Mahalos for the help, woof woof woof 🐕!!
The best people work there.. so friendly
Yes plz come here it’s so great love u soMuch Hinson society it’s so good
Great, very well maintained facility. We adopted amazing Baxter !
Amazing place I got my dog toby there they are super nice
I always have a great experience adopting from the humane society. The staff are friendly and ready to help, the facility is clean, and the animals are adorable.
Great place to rescue a furry friend. The staff here work hard to make sure the animals are rescued, cared for and rehomed. Highly recommend.
Love this place! A wonderful experience thanks to the staff and volunteers. Also a great place to learn how to take care of all kinds of pets.
No puppies available to adopt, no one to ask questions, no one answered the phone, but the website started they were open for adoption.
I adopted my third pet here a month ago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They really care about all pets in their care and want the best for them.
Staff are really helpful and the selection of animals to adopt isnt too much but just about right. Ask about other animals they have that might be in a foster home.
It really depends on who is showing the animals, we already adopted two kittens and the second time it was very frustrating because the lady didnt wanted to show me any of the ones I wanted to see argumenting they were tired or just arrived, she did the same with other families that leaved frustrated but she showed them to another person and only accept to show a couple after I asked when was the right time for her to let me see the cats. It felt kinda prejudiced towards immigrants, so the volunteers needs to be trained not only how to treat animals but also humans fairly. Its not right to shush serious potential adopters.
I went to donate and the woman at the front desk was pretty rude. It gave off a mean vibe. You would think they would be nicer or atleast smile at someone thats going out of their way to drive really far to this place taking time out of their dsy just to donate. Dissapointing. Im from SF and the SPCA is much more friendly and way better service.
I must say I agree with the comment below, the experience is based on who you interact with. The volunteers, especially the older ones, and one in particular can be very curt and judgemental. They only want to help people who are there to buy cats, which makes the rest of us feel unwelcome. The staff members usually make the experience better, especially the girl with the orange-ish hair. She is the reason we continue to visit though we are not in a situation where we can have a pet. She makes us feel welcome and she takes the time to talk to my son who has communication challenges. It means the world to him.
It was a warm atmosphere and had many sweet and kind animals.
Please please please adopt these babies, they are so sweet right now and the staff is amazing
Very happy with the great staff so nice and informative. Our Chubby was treated like family. Thank you..
Adopted a kitten for $10 on the 4th of July. Amazing place. Kitties go fast!!!
Hlelpful
I like you guys and I like having fun with you guys. Thank you!
I have been there many times. Once, our Husky ran away in Sunnyvale and we went to Milpitas shelter to look for him. NOTHING.Shortly afterwards, we went there again for a neighbors missing cat . No cat BUT there was our Husky! And they told us he had been there for NINE DAYS...that meant he had been there when we first went to look for him!!! Then I remembered that some cages had a curtain as though the animal were sick....No! perhaps a ploy to stretch out the cost...When I protested, I was told I had to pay FULL PRICE FOR NINE DAYS. Even though I should only have had to pay for one day ...had to register my my complaint with Corporate or some obscure entity in Sunnyvale...R
Very nice and very helpful.
Very humane and hospitable...
Love it. We got our sweet Patticake from here.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Adopted my furbaby here!
Need to let folks adopt animals
Super clean, staff seemed to be genuine and friendly
The puppy my daughter found is getting adopted
Very clean very friendly and nice staff
Nice and clean
Drove down the peninsula to look at dogs which were listed on the website. No dogs and rude people!
Within the petco and not open
Front desk and administrative staff are okay, BUT the volunteers showing the animals act as if everyone else does not deserve to adopt. I was pissed off by a woman that refused to show me a cat and she only did after I swear I wanted to adopt it. This is not okay.
Just eyeballing kittens
Rude to costumers and refuses to show you the animals you want to see
They closed an hour earlier than office hours posted on their door. And their voicemail is full. Such a waste of time driving there.
Whats the price for a kittem
Friendly staff
Great .... 👍👍👍👍👍
