Went there for first time. And it was great experience. I tried dipping first time and I loved it. Ann and Ivey did great job on my nails. They use most of the material organic.Definitely going there next time.

I recently began using Qtie Nail Lounge and I really love the salon. Judy does a beautiful job on my nails, it is a relaxing, wonderful experience. The Covid protocols are followed carefully and I felt safe and comfortable.

This is my go-to nail salon! I like coming here for gel and recently, dipped powder manicures. The nail techs always do such a great job and my nails look PERFECT every single time! I have been to many nail salons in the Bay but this is hands down one of the best ones!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves one. Judy did an amazing job on my nails and was a lot of fun to talk to. I haven’t had my nails done in 10 years so she talked me through the whole process, helped me decide the type of manicure to get, and gave great tips and information on maintenance. 10/10 would recommend

Love this new nail salon, close to home, the girls are very friendly, they will offer you cucumber infused water, tea or coffee, organic products and a free service after your 10th visit, prices are comparable to the other nail salon I used to go to. So far no wait times, but wait til people find out about them lol. I will continue to come here and invite my friends.

After a disappointing experience at a nail salon I have used faithfully for 10 years, I tried this salon and was dazzled by the friendly welcome, high quality service and... full array of organic products. I was in a little panic because I hoped for a nice mani-pedi for a special occasion... and I’ll admit that I’m picky. Jenny did my manicure and Ivy did the pedicure. AMAZING!! I felt like a queen and the quality was over the top!!! I’m hooked!!!!

They use dipping powder so there are fewer chemicals and my nails will become healthier.

Came with my friend here got a full set and i feel i paid too much for it almost $60 dollars i feel like my nails are brittle and these are acrylic. I had an appointment and my nail technician kept getting switched they did an ok job but they took to long i had wanted to get other services but there wasnt time.

When i first walking in i was greeted by receptionist offered a refreshment and asked to fill out a card with the services i wanted she was very nice.The atmosphere is very relaxing place is cleans and staff is friendlyThey have a decent selection of gel polishes.Why the one star you ask well my experience was not what all the reviews have raved about this place the prices are more expensive then other salons and they take too long (3.5 hours) on nails.If your in hurry and decide to give this place a try ask for anyone but Lee. Katie did a good job she only works Sundays.I chose a color and then my nail technician was switched to Lee.Lee was taking her time and I thought great shes very detail oriented come to surprise that wasnt the case i got the feeling she was new or was being trained. She dipped my nails in the powder one hand i believe was dipped 5 and the other 3-4 times i could of mis counted i thought to myself but the final reveal after her finishing the nails i pointed out a few things after being hesitant to point out she filled a little but it did not fix it i was hesitant to say anything else as it wasnt fixed before and i wanted to be done.She proceeded to apply gel color and it was horrific after almost three coats the polish was applied uneven on all nails it looked as no polish was applied in some areas i pointed it out to her they offered a few solutions applying 2 different colors over it to see if it was fixed soon after she painted my nails i realized there was nothing wrong with the polish as i thought at first, Lee wasnt applying the polish correctly.My nails felt very heavy and clumpy after i realized she had been working on my nails for 2.5 hours already i said to myself Im speaking up i was not happy with the end result the polish was applied messy i asked her to remove it as i was not happy at all with the end result she took off all the color and cut my thumb and the cut still hurts. I was ready to leave and not get anything on my nails.FINALLY another technician Katie stepped in and was somewhat able to fix the shape of my nails as it was completely uneven and not the shape i had asked for she reapplied the color i chose and the color was fine. My nails look a lot better then what i would of walked out had i not said anything.I feel the nail technician Lee is inexperienced with dipping powder and she should have not been my technician i wish someone would have stepped In sooner instead of helping walk in customer and i wouldnt have wasted 3.5 hours of my time just on my hands. I wasnt able to get a pedicure as they were closed.The receptionist did apologize and so did Katie but i feel the apology should of come from Lee as she was literally doing a sloppy job and i got nothing from her. They offered a discount which was nice but this was already a promotion and offered to other customers who walked in without an appointment.I dont know if ill ever come back i had high hopes for this places because of all there reviews but it sadly failed and disappointed where it counts the most.
