I was in there on Friday Aug.13th. The Lady that gave a pedicure,,,, unbelievable. Ive been to plenty of places before,,,she took care of me exactly how I wanted it without having to suggest or ask for it. She knew right away the treatment I needed. I been going to Darling nails for years. They are nice. I gave it 4 stars cuz one lady really cleans your toes but it can hurt. I know the extra skin should be remove but I go for comfort and look good.

Been a customer for a while now, and today was the last straw. I always ask for them to cut my cuticles and they never do, they wait til the end put oil and barely trim the sides then after when it dries I see them even more. Plus not to mention they always charge me for it but nope not this time I’m tired of getting scammed.same goes for when I get a pedicure. The nails always look crooked and even if I address it they pass a file one or twice and not fix it at all. I will say that they do have cheap prices and that’s the only reason I kept coming back but now I rather pay a little extra and get a good service than this. Never coming back

Never going back again the service here is just terrible now and they over charge if they dont know you as a regular customer. The ladies Here give everyone funny looks when they walk in not welcoming at all. Better off goin else where. They have a huge banner that claims $20 specials but they still over charged. I Payed $50 for something that needed to be fixed else where!

I used to go here to get my nails done, but stopped after they continued to make them unsymmetrical and chappy. My acrylics were poor quality and they would start to lift up after 5 days of getting them done. When I went to get my nails done for my birthday, they all broke off in 2 days?? Disgusting. Its not even worth the price too.

I used to love this place, last time I will go back. Nails were done uneven. They overcharged me. Even WORSE 2 OF THEM CAME OFF THE SAME DAY. THE REST CAME OFF WITH IN THE WEEK

Horrible! One of the worse nail salons i have been to in San Jose! My first visit was a bad experience. The lady that was doing my manicure got mad cause i wanted ombre and she didnt know how to do that so i changed the design to simple color and she was still rude doing it all mad. Not even a week later my nail falls off! I gave them another chance and went again hoping to have a better experience and they are really close to my house but nope! On top of that they over charge big time!!!! 😡

Nice staff named Mimi, but the management is a fraud. They put up the banner that sad Monday, Wednesday, Friday $20.00 ped and mani, but when I came, they charge regular. Please dont come. They are liar

This place was ok but they are over priced I did regular nails and there was nail polish all over my fingers and my mom did aquirlics (sorry I don’t know how to spell that) and her fingers are really rincily please don’t come and spend your money here!

Literally this is the WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!! First, everyone was rude.. Second, my nails were cricket as f**k.. Third, two of my nails fell after 4 days.. also, they cut my moms toe, and it has been hurting her for the last couple days.. lastly, all those asians were talking bad about us..... NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK THERE!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!!

Came to do my pedicure,this place is horrible. I had a toes soaked in the water for about 2 minutes and the lady started to scrub my feet. I was confused,for a minute I really thought she was done

Omg never been to a most Horrible place, my nails looked horrible n were falling the next day, I seen she had no clue on making nails but Im the kind of person who doesnt like to make esenes. So just never go back to that place n dont tip. had to go the next day to an other nail salon to get my nails fixed....this is just one time place since they dont care on. Keeping clients...

The worst nails in my life. two times i got my pedicure and acrlylics tips. the rushed me in and out. i gave 2 ladies a pretty big tip. the reason is because they were asking for payment before i was done.lets just say a sh---ty job on feet and hands for 50 bucks
