Jansen is one of the best coaches out there and highly skilled grappler/striker. I only had the pleasure of learning from him for a year before the covid 19 hit. I can’t wait to go back and keep learning from one of the best.

Clean and well organized facility, great training staff and classes. The instructors take care of the students and ensure their safety. Highly recommend for MMA training!

I started training with this group about 3 years ago. Having not trained in MMA, or any martial art, before it can be a little intimidating starting fresh. But the instructor, as well as the other guys in class, are very welcoming and instructive. I never felt left behind or a burden because I didnt know as much. I really enjoy the structure and teaching style, everything flows from one discipline to the next. Its also a smaller gym so its a more intimate learning environment. Couldnt recommend this place enough for new comers to MMA or someone whos be training for years.
